We are constantly looking for the best quality clothing and accessories that make an amazing fashion statement and are kept at great pricing so that everyone is able to afford them. Shipping is free and we offer a variety of different payment options at checkout. We keep longer than normal hours and are only closed on Sundays. We were established on September 11, 2021.

May 09,2023I placed an order and received an order confirmation, and then two or three weeks went by, and I never received an email that my order had shipped so I reached out and it took quite a bit of time for someone to respond to me. I feel like communication can be improved. I had to get upset for someone to reach out to me and they issued me a refund when I didn’t ask for one. I asked for the order that I placed when I reached out again no one has responded so now I have a refund that I don’t want and I have no idea whether my order will be shipped, which is what I originally wanted to know.

The customer service was amazing and answered all my questions in a prompt matter. They are very professional and the lady who helped me is Kristen and she answered all my questions and was very helpful! I recommend Maddison Co to everyone, great product, great customer support! Please don’t order from this company if you do it’s at your own risk . Appauled by the service ! And get are not cheap
