Flowers were ordered for Valentine’s delivery and they were never received. It’s a testament to the quality of service that a flower delivery company cannot make arrangements for their busiest day of the year. Whilst other florists will stop taking orders, it appear that is not the case with MadFlowers. Their customer service was unhelpful and considering the occasion, their service was awful.
I ordered the flowers in the vase. The box arrived crushed and soaking wet, full of broken glass and crushed flowers. The delivery man had attempted to tape it together. He handed my mother a box of huge glass shards! He told her 'it got wet'. Its a pity that I cant upload the photographs here! The gift was for my mothers 81st birthday and I am overseas. I realise the delivery lorry may have driven over the flowers however - The seller did not respond that day or the next, and I am now pursuing a case with paypal.
STAY AWAY from these , ordered what looked on the website a beautiful bunch of flowers for my sister BUT the bunch that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the picture , talk about false advertisement , they were a disgrace the miserable bunch that arrived and the cost of them , also I had left a message to leave a message on the card saying best " wife , mother , daughter, sister and auntie and they delivered it with no card at all , I'm sorry I hadn't read these reviews before I ordered , never ever again , PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR THESE ROBBING PEOPLE

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from Mad Flowers. Never again. The flowers received bore little resemblance to their picture on the website. They were sparse, squashed and half dead, and the box they came in looked as if it had been used before. Such a let down.
So disappointed with the order. No comparison to picture on website. A really poor, miserable bunch arrived- could have got them in Lidel for less then a tenner. The delivery & packaging was good, pity about the flowers. Totally robbed. I took photos & emailed them to Mad Flowers & didn’t even get a reply. Enough said……
Extremely disappointed. My partner sent me 100 red roses via MAD for Valentine’s Day. They had all died 2 days post receipt. Not worth the extortionate money paid. Would never buy from them again.
My order arrived at the very last minute, but it was still on time, so hats off to MadFlowers for pulling it off on Valentine’s day. The recipient of the said bouquet (a very demanding person) seemed globally pleased with it.
Ordered flowers for my mother this time last year paying for the ‘insane’ flower bouquet as I wanted to treat her for her birthday. Flowers arrived too late for birthday and when they did arrive were in terrible condition, flowers completely wilted and lacking colour. Contacted ‘Maurice’ who provided me with a 20 euro discount code and who failed to respond to any of my later emails. I would avoid using this company service as I feel they provide a substandard product and care little about their customers.
My parents kindly ordered a beautiful bouquet for me. When it arrived, I was very disappointed to find that some of the leaves had brown tips. I brought it to Mad Flowers attention, and their customer service could not have been better. Within hours, a beautiful new bouquet was delivered, and a box of chocolates to apologise. I'd be happy to recommend Mad Flowers in future, as mistakes happen, but it is how they are dealt with that makes all the difference.
