Mar 15,2023If you want someone to screw you for your money, these are the people. I will describe the problem in brief. A plugin was purchased that was not well done right from the start, but had to be additionally coded. After that, I ask for a refund for the plugin that doesn't work, only for them to refuse because of their policy, because according to them "it's not their problem". I open a ticket, I wait a month for it to be fixed, but unfortunately nothing. I ask for a refund again, when it is again "not our problem" that their plugin doesn't work :D Very bad experience, I advise you to avoid it so you don't get screwed like me.
