I've never done anything like this before and didn't understand the builders quotes or what they include. Hired Martin's team to do a full review of the quote they did as well as a full cost estimate based on our architect's drawings. Really useful and detailed service, was happy to answer all my extra questions too. Would highly recommend!

Jul 25,2023Magnitude were great from day one! Responsive, professional, reliable and delivered what they said they would, by the date (in fact, sooner) than when they said they would! Upon handing in our tender return to the client, we were also praised on how professional our presentation of the pricing document was, particularly compared to the other companies. This was all thanks to Magnitude, not us! I think they have a lot to offer and trump any previous surveying company I've worked with previously! Further more, they came within a few thousand pounds of the tender that the clients directly employed QS had produced. On a £1.2M project, this filled me with confidence to continue using their services. I look forward to working with you on many more high end projects! Keep up the great work, and thank you!
