Leider keine gute so Erfahrungen gemacht. Es hat fast 3 Wochen gedauert bis mein Paket versendet wurde. Erst nachdem ich über die Website mit dem Shop Kontakt aufgenommen habe, wurde überhaupt reagiert und mir mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung untergegangen sei. Na gut, so etwas kann mal passieren. Dann wurde mir gesagt, dass ich mehr Versand bezahlen müsse, da ein Fehler unterlaufen sei und zudem haben sie ein Produkt, welches ich bereits bezahlt habe nicht mehr an Lager, hier ist ein Fehler auf der Website verantwortlich. Okay, passiert mal. Halb so wild. Mir wurde angeboten die zusätzlichen versandkosten mit dem nichtvorhanden Produkt zu verrechnen und mir den restlichen Betrag wieder zurückzuzahlen. Danach hat es nochmal eine Woche gedauert bis das Paket überhaupt losgeschickt wurde. Ich habe zwei Skateboards bestellt und ein Shirt. Das Shirt war nicht an Lager, wurde mir auf der Rechnung aber trotzdem berechnet. Eines der beiden Skateboards war so stark beschädigt , dass ich es nicht benutzen kann. Ich habe keine Rückerstattung erhalten und keinen Umtausch für mein Skateboard. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht mehr und Paypal hilft bis heute auch nicht. Ich kann’s wirklich nicht verstehen wie ein Shop mit so vielen negativen Bewertungen von Menschen denen alle das selbe passiert ist immer noch verkaufen darf und niemand tut etwas dagegen. It’s a scam! Und das ist echt frustrierend. Leider habe ich die vielen negativen Bewertungen erst im Nachhinein gelesen. Im Shop ist es bestimmt ein anderes Erlebnis und würde wahrscheinlich 5 Sterne verdienen. Aber online eine absolute Katastrophe. Leider, da ich gerne skater owned Shops unterstütze.

Terrible customer service! No one responds. Phone rings and no one picks up the call. Had to escalate to paypal for a refund. Never again!

Really poor service. Ordered ripndip tee and an ageless galaxy shirt. Package arrived few days later, only contained the shirt. I emailed and messaged but got no reply, so i rang them up and spoke to a lady, who told me that item was not in stock. So i demanded a refund, which she did whilst i was on the phone. Upon then checking later that day, i found a dirty great big stain on the rear of the shirt, so i once again had to try to contact them, email and messages, to no avail. I rang them again, as you have to tell them you are returning an item. This time a young lad answered, i explained and he said he would write it all down as he was new, unfortunately he told me he was dsylexic and i could tell he was struggling. In the end i just sent it back. However i got no contact from them, so i opened a paypal case just to be safe. I rang on the monday, again lady answered and told me she had recieved the item back and it was top of the list, however refunds take place on friday! She could have easily done it there and then. Friday, still no refund, left it over the weekend. Here we are again, monday, still no refund, i have rang and she says, its being done today. I recieved an email confirming its being done, however its only the item refund, not the postage, it states on website no postage refund for items returned if you dont want them, i did want it, its defective and they also charged me a 50p adjustment fee. I cant even be bothered to argue. Avoid at all costs, spend your money somewhere else. Update... spoke to the lady again today, whilst i still had a bad experience, she did explain issues and apologised.

Purchased a product online and paid for express delivery (expected within 48h). Product did not arrive within 1 week so called customer services to chase this up. They told me that their online stock on website doesn’t reflect what they actually have available…so they never actually had the product. I asked for a refund, they said it would be processed within 2 days. I am writing this 2 weeks later with no sign of refund. Disgusting service. Not convinced they ever had the product, or would have told me that they didn’t, or even that they would willing give a refund after this. Seen Mainsource described as crooks in other posts - couldn’t agree more.

No idea where to start - Payment supposedly ‘failed to capture’ however was taken but not linked with an order number. No sign of the refund yet, will go through my bank. Ordered three t’s, of which two came. Was on the phone 5+ times being told things would be sorted, that I’d get a callback etc, none of which happened. They’ve got some decent clobber on the website but I promise you - It’s just not worth it. Don’t waste your time. If (when) something goes wrong, just start the process with your bank because things simply don’t get sorted through this company.

I have ordered an item a week ago and it seems the parcel has not been shipped yet. They have not given an update or any of it's kind. I felt like leaving a negative review not aware of how many 1 stars were already given. Such a shame, I will never ever order here again.

I had a really great experience with Main Source. I bought several items as a gift and although there was a slight hiccup with the item no longer being available, the customer service was really great & communicative the whole time. Great quality gear as well.

Massive shame to be honest as they were once a really good company. Ordered on the 29/12/2023 didn’t get a shipped notification so had to ring on Jan 4th & Jam 5th to be told just like the other time they were missing items. Same excuse again warehouse staff or whatever were poorly - they said this back when I ordered a few months prior same thing happened. Rachel was really nice but hasn’t processed my refund for missing items just seems like a total mess

The owner clearly doesn't give a damn. Place going down the drain and way out of their depth. Avoid. Couldn't fulfil an online order I made through no fault of mine. Stuff like that happens. Not end of the world. But still no real responses or hint of a refund 6 weeks later. Pretty bad. Time to close the online shop if can't do the basics. Bye!

Bought a pair of Butter Goods jeans I was struggling to find & thankfully Main Source had them in stock in my size, Very prompt email stating my order was completed & delivery arrived today, well packaged & extremely happy with my purchase.

Shocking customer service. I ordered a Tshirt and paid for next day delivery. Having heard nothing I phoned - apology was acceptable about a change of warehouse and I was promised a refund for the delivery - never processed. I returned the item as too large - weeks later no confirmation of return or a refund. I’ve now chased 3 times and still not processed! Only £30 but that’s not the point. I would never use this company ever again

Order #1000019610 Placed on 18 Mar 2023, 21:37:28 At first they refused to deliver the packages untill We called them. They delivered and didn’t add one of the items, saying it's out of stock. Till date I didn’t get a refund or see my package . Daily Paper Reshield Swim Shorts - Black Multicolour SKU: DP146-Large Size Large £27.50 . Don’t take my text for it, kindly confirm by yourself and refund . This is not your first time actually. It’s not fair !

To start with, they advertised gear with the wrong properties. After I made them aware, they initially refused to pay for the return (Central Europe). It took 3 mails to make them understand they were obliged to do so by law (since I did not receive the product I had ordered - it was made out of Polyester not out of Rayon which is cellulose based fabric - as they had it listed). Once they realised, they offered me to keep it and get a 50% off (since they wanted to avoid expensive shipping costs obviously). I did accept their proposal and then - nothing. For weeks and weeks and emails on emails, they did not even have the guts to reply. They simply ghosted. I can only strongly advise to be extra careful considering a purchase at Main Source. My experience was simply horrible. Embarrassing.

I bought a pair of the Mizuno Contender S from Main Source as they were much cheaper than any other retailer that still had them in stock. I was slightly worried when I read the trustpilot but I shouldn't have been. Had a slight issue with the website during the order, sent a follow up email to ensure the order had completed and I recieved a very prompt email from Main Source's customer service team on a Sunday. Delivery came through well packaged and in a prompt manner. All in all a very cromulent order.

Bought a shirt from them (order #1000017603), selected regular shipment method. Didn't hear from them until I contacted them one week later, asking why I didn't get any infos about shipment. They answered me I had to pay 12£ MORE if I ever wanted to see my shirt. Told them to ship it the regular way. Never heard from them again. Their last e-mail was on 7th october. Today is 14th november.

AVOID!!!!! Don’t buy from main source. Spent £275 online. Returned both trainers to store in norwich. Firstly no one there how how to process a refund lol, therefore left the trainers there. Secondly had to wait a further four days for someone to come in who knew how to sort refunds. Waited a further 5 days for the refund to come through. But it was for £267 not £275. Only £9 but that’s not the point. Called main source to be told that was a PayPal fee. Sorry what? In the past 6 months I have bought from End, Zalando, Asos, HIP store, surfdome, M and S, Zara, HM, Taunton leisure, adidas, Nike etc etc etc. and not one of those companies has ever charged me £9 to use PayPal. Never setting foot in Main source again. Awful customer service
