All the questions I had were answered openly and honestly which made me feel confident that I was getting what I was paying for (I'd been searching for this particular purchase for a while), at the right price. Upon collection, gear was exactly as demonstrated/communicated and I was made to feel welcome and even enjoyed a good tech chat!
