We have been very happy to use ManageMyAir. Always quick to respond to guests and to our messages. Very service minded, friendly and helpful - they have helped a few times with some challenges or when we needed extra services. Several guests have praised our apartment for being clean.
I highly recommend the service. It work well and was easily used.
We have used Managemyair at several occations and our guests have been very satisfied with the service, Communication and cleaning and we are now super hosts. Everything related to the rentals has been over our expectations.
The company initially looks professional and actually have good processes in place. BUT... ... to ensure that they would not rent out our apartment to anybody and any price, we agreed a minimum price for the guests. We did agree it on the phone, in two emails with numbers specified, and in one additional phone conversation. They even confirmed it with [quote] "As we discussed we will keep price to absolute minimum xx kr per night" and confirmed that they understood not to lower it with "Understand you would rather higher rental and less guests." Their business model is that they take 25% and leave 75% for the host/their customers. In my case, despite the written agreement, they lowered the price for the guest with 30% below the agreed "absolute minimum price". This did eat more than the promised revenue (75%) to me as their customer. They even sent me an invoice asking for 25% of the 70%... AND added VAT to that... leaving me with potentially much less than the 75% of the absolute minimum. The owner admitted that the mistake was on their side, but still asked me to pay anyways because of "humanity" and that "all things in life are not black or white"! Their focus was surely on securing themselves rather than adding value to their customers. So if you do choose to use them, ensure to: 1. Have everything in writing including all numbers e.g. your expected revenue (customer value). 2. Check your invoice from them thoroughly including what they charge VAT for and double charge for.

ManageMyAir was absolutely amazing and I'm so happy I decided to use their services. Cheryl who owns the company is brilliant; easy and nice to work with and solves absolutely everything. After an easy setup I could just kick back and receive both great ratings on my apartment on airbnb as well as the money that flowed in as a result of this - ManageMyAir handled everything. I would give 10 stars if I could :-)
Fantastic service. I can only really recommend ManageMyAir for helping you manage your flat while you are away! All the hassle with hosting is taken care of by Cheryl while you enjoy your holiday.

Cheryl and her team did a fantastic job managing our apartment and AirBnb account while we were out travelling for a month. They take away all the hassle of being an AirBnb host including taking pictures, guest communications, pricing, key exchange, cleaning, etc. Cheryl is very experienced and proactive and guided us along the way. Great service and highly recommended.
ManageMyAir are the best! They are deeply professional, warm and kind, and they solves any problem any guest may encounter during their stay. I can´t imagine their service to be done any better. They just do it! I deeply recommend them, and no doubt I will choose them again when ever needed.
Cheryl and her team provide an excellent hospitality service - full management incl communication with the guests, cleaning, key box setup etc. Highly recommended!
We have used ManageMyAir for 2 Airbnb listings and it has always been great. Quick answers and efficient communication with the guests, fast at solving last minute requests, very organized at checking in and out of guests. The feedback from guests on cleaning has always been 5 out of 5! We only use ManageMyAir to manage our listings.

Cheryl took really good care of my home and my bookings. I was travelling for most of the summer, and I felt super safe leaving my AirBnb bookings to ManageMyAir.

Oct 03,2024We used ManageMyAir for the first time this Summer, renting out our big 2-family home in Gentofte for 5 weeks where they organized everything for us! They began with taking photos of the house (very professional photographer, who styled the rooms and making all the beds with white linen before shooting) and setting up our Airbnb account with good and accurate prescriptions of the house and the area around us. When the bookings starting ticking in, they handled all communication with the guests (and there is a lot!) – answering fast, very polite and service minded, which also continued all through the rental period, along with the practical to do's, with many guest arriving and leaving, giving us the opportunity to just relax and enjoy our Summer away. The cleaning and preparation before and during the rentals was amazing (our house was never this clean before!) and the whole team around Cheryl is just so sweet and professional. We never regret spending the extra money on letting ManageMyAir in charge of our house (there is so much work we never thought about when you are renting out your place) and have no doubt that the high ratings and many bookings on our Airbnb profile is due to their expertise!
