Nov 05,2019We used Manny Klarico to sell our home and can highly recommend their services. From day one, we were kept informed with number of appointments, regular feedback and phone calls. I can't comment on other estate agents, but if you're looking for a personalised service then Manny Klarico would be one to use. Very knowledgeable of the area, schools, transport etc. Definitely a big thumbs up from us!!!

Aug 30,2019One of the if not the best estate agents I’ve dealt with ever. You get treated with respect and in a very professional manner. It’s nice when you get service with a smile each time and not feel like another name on a paper as I’ve experienced with other high st estate agents who get you locked into a contract and then just keep you on a checklist call for updates. With klarico I received an exceptional high standard of service especially from from Sarah who was professional and super friendly and buying a house is probably the stressful thing one does but Sarah called me every Friday with progress reports and was always happy to help at any time. We found Manny Klarico as very professional, they will use their best endavours to increase viewings and promote sale of your house. We were very happy with their professional approach and ability to make time to be at the property no matter when to suite an interested party. No other agency went out of their way to make all parties happy but Manny did. Their fees are reasonable and amount of extra work they do is next to none. I would highly recommend this agency.

Jan 21,2019Moved to Klarico after trying online estate agents. (they are completely useless). Manny and the team price properties correctly, no inflated prices to pull you in. Great pictures and write up. Good communication throughout the sale process and follow up on viewings. Professional friendly and effective. If you are willing to listen, He will tell you straight about the situation. Better in my opinion than giving you a load of flannel and wasting your time. Managed to get my house sold and all issues handled diplomatically. Would highly recommend them (and have done to my friends)

Above all we chose to have Manny market our property due to his expert local knowledge, his meticulous attention to detail and explanation of the pricing strategy. Our move was not smooth for a number of reasons and Manny helped us through the thick and thin always offering sound advice and support in stressful situations. We loved the marketing pack which was high quality and showed the house off really well. All viewings were booked in and we were notified by email which was great. Throughout the process we had confidence in Manny and we are so grateful for all the hard work he put into selling our property.
