Feb 04,2025We have recently renovated and extended our house and were looking for beautiful but practical flooring for the whole of the downstairs. From the moment that Lisa came out to us to talk us through our options and show us the samples, we had absolute faith that we were in safe hands. We had a mismatch of floors (floorboards, tiles, new concrete) and Lisa talked us through exactly what prep would be needed for each bit to make sure the new LVT would be laid perfectly. The flooring that we had fitted by Dean is absolutely stunning and we get so many comments from visitors. We've been back in our house for 3 months now and we say at least once a week "isnt this floor amazing". It's also really hard wearing and can handle 3 wild kids who drop all sorts on it so it's perfect for us as a family. I would happily recommend Marston Flooring to everyone I know, they were fantastic from start to finish!

Jan 18,2025Marston Flooring are exceptional and I completely see why they are winning awards! Firstly they have a samples van that comes to your home so that you can lay different flooring against your furniture (much better than choosing from a brochure). The quote is done quickly and details everything, I thought they would be out of our price range due to the quality of the product, but their pricing is very competitive! The prep they did was much more than I was expecting, they removed the existing floor, laid a screed, let that set, then put something else all over the floor, then another layer of screed, and then started laying the LVT. We went with the Old English Oak LVT in a Herringbone design and it looks fantastic! Dean is a master of his craft, meticulous about the quality and positioning of the tiles, and he also left our house tidy every night. The floor was laid in the specified time and there were no hidden costs. They even left us with a full cleaning kit and felts to put on our dining room furniture feet. I can’t recommend them enough and I would encourage you all to get them round to give you a quote!

Jan 15,2025We had Dean back again to lay flooring in our downstairs loo. Same fantastic job, looks amazing, wouldn’t even know he’d been in as it’s so tidy after he left. Dean has done the flooring for our hallway, kitchen, dining room and now toilet over the years and every job has been done to the highest standard. He is just the best around. Can’t recommend enough.

We have an old house with wonky floors and nothing is straightforward, yet Dean always navigates everything perfectly and the end result is exactly what we wanted. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering top-quality work. The whole process was smooth—from my initial consultation, where they helped me select the perfect style and color of tiles, to the installation itself. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid incredible attention to detail. They made sure the floor was perfectly level, with no gaps or imperfections, and even cleaned up after themselves, leaving my living room spotless! The quality of the LVT tiles is outstanding, and I’ve already received so many compliments on how great they look. Lisa came to our house and talked us through all the different floor options, showing us samples and answering all our questions. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to floors! It was all installed by Dean and Kai, who also removed and discarded the old flooring and left the rooms spotless. I am so glad we chose Marston Flooring. We are over the moon with the finished result!

Aug 31,2024Really great experience with Marston Flooring Ltd. From the initial email we sent, to Lisa coming around and providing us a quote, to the actual fitting the process was so seamless. It was fantastic being able to see samples straight away at our initial appointment with Lisa and we could see how they would look in our own home right away. A quote came through so quickly and we were able to book in really quickly. The install was also fantastic, really clear communication in terms of arrival and the workmanship is really fantastic. We are so pleased with our new floor THANKYOU.

The other half is very happy with the results. It’s a family run business, so they take pride in the work they do, unlike the big retailers. Answered all my questions and very polite and friendly.
