I genuinely felt like Max was next to all the way. Really comprehensive program which lead to consistent results. You can’t ask for more than that really can you! 🫶🏼

A genuinely great experience. Max guided me through a curated weight loss plan and helped me immensely all the way through. It was strict (which I needed!) simple to follow, and the results speak for themselves. I was nervous starting off, but the truth is... it was easy! I would recommend to anyone who's looking to make a meaningful change in their life and hit their targets in no time at all.

Max is dedicated to helping people reach their goal, while educating them on calories, fitness and the most sustainable way to lose weight. I loved Max’s approach and the time he put in to really help me gain an understanding of nutrition and calorie deficit.

The level of detail and ease of use at which Max set up my nutrition and workout plan, meant in 8 weeks I was in my peak physical and mental place. I will be continuing on for as long as I can!!! He is very knowledgeable and adapts what you can realistically achieve, word of mouth of his programme has paid off for me by investing in this program

Max is the real deal, if you’re willing to put the work in then he will match you & then some. Supportive & genuine, but equally will hold you accountable. I achieved epic results when training with him while working in yachting & had friends jump into training with him too after seeing my results.

I had a great experience with Max over the last year and a half. I wasn’t a first timer to the gym but needed taking to the next level which we achieved together. Very knowledgeable and a great guy all round. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to better themselves.

I started my weight loss journey with Max back in March 2022 and got into the best shape of my life. I believe I was also one of his first clients. He successfully coached me through a simple, yet very effective plan, and I was able to lose 22kg in around 22/23 weeks, something I’d never thought possible and certainly couldn’t of done without Max’s guidance. The plan did not feel intense at all, it was just a few simple changes of my lifestyle, along with a few non negotiables which when kept consistent, has a huge impact. Max was there every step of the way with regular contact and check ins which kept me motivated, and educated me to remain in the best shape possible. Max also takes own fitness very seriously which is very encouraging to see a coach who’s leading by example. I would highly recommend Max to anyone, his impeccable service and knowledge are key factors to his, and his clients success. With Max's guidance and support, I lost 9.5kg in 12 weeks. I reached a target weight I never thought I'd ever actually meet in my life. Training with Max has been one of the best investments in my health. Max is a great motivational coach who is truly invested in helping you achieve your goals. As a result, I feel stronger both physically and mentally. His personalised workout plan and diet has helped to lose 13kg and his weekly check-ins and the fact that he is literally a message away to help answer any questions has helped keep me on track. His knowledge is invaluable and he has educated me about fitness and nutrition. Would highly recommend Max to anyone looking for an online coach.

If you want to lose weight and get in shape then Max is your guy. Of course there's the training and diet programmes that he sets, but his real value is in the weekly coaching. He understands how to keep people on track and helps guide them through periods where they are likely to fall of the wagon. Consistency is everything when getting in shape, and Max will help you maintain it over the time it takes to make real change.
