Feb 09,2025We recently moved to Inverness from Port Glasgow, John his colleagues couldn't have been more professional and friendly, they accommodated our needs perfectly and when the inevitable delays came with our solicitors they were so reassuring and patient. We were absolutely astounded by the quality of service from McCrorey's, undertaking such a large move to the north of Scotland they ensured all our items arrived in pristine condition. We wouldn't hesitate in future to use McCrorey's again or to recommend them to anyone considering moving home. Just fantastic!

Jan 29,2025What a service! To be honest I was waiting for hidden costs or to be told that my load was too big etc. John and the team took away all my anxiety by communicating with me all the way. They should real care and empathy for me (especially as a single parent). I really can’t thank them enough for the full wrap around service and care.

Dec 03,2024John and his team moved our Furniture into storage,all our goods were wrapped and protected to a high standard. Today they moved our furniture from storage into our house. We cannot praise them enough, excellent professional service. Best flitting I've ever been at as I didn't lift a finger.

Great team work and always checking we were happy with how things were going. Never stopped till everything was in place. Would highly recommend.

Mar 17,2024Oh my goodness! What a team! From start to finish our removal for moving house could not have been handled any better than it was from the “ A Team” of McCroreys Removals Inverclyde. I really can’t rate these guys high enough. They really made our move a pleasure rather than dreading it, as we were. They turned up on time, cheery and told us not to worry about anything that they were here to help and help they did. When our sofa was not fitting up our tight staircase inside our new house , it wasn’t a problem. They used strapping and good old fashioned experience and expertise, working together and took it up the outside of our townhouse and brought it in through our balcony window. I was feeling quite unwell at the thought of our move but these guys could not have been more helpful and accommodating to help us. My stress levels dropped right away when I saw how they were handling things swiftly and efficiently while offering reassurance and chat as they worked. What a relief , worth every penny. Jan 31,2024The whole experience of using McCrorey’s Removals of Inverclyde was excellent. John and his team, kept me informed throughout the process. When the team left Scotland to make their way to my home in Bedford, England, I was informed by his office that the team were on their way. The next morning, I received a call from John, to inform me what time they would be at the house. The team arrived promptly. I was very cheerfully greeted by John and his team. At John’s request, we did a walk through the house so that he was clear about what needed to be removed. They ensured that the floors and balustrades were protected and then set about clearing my home of furniture and other household effects. They worked efficiently and cheerfully. They took great care to cover and protect the furniture. Even though they had two levels to climb, as well as a tricky staircase, they did not damage or scratch a single wall. I cannot compliment the team enough. They offer a friendly, professional and efficient service. I will certainly use their services again. Well done to the entire team, including their office staff.

Jan 29,2024John, Caroline and their team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We simply cannot recommend them highly enough! We were under time pressure and they stepped in at short notice and organised everything for our house move with such efficiency. They are very knowledgeable and delivered exemplary service at all times. All of the team were caring and unfailingly cheerful and professional - even in some pretty grim weather at the end of January! Nothing was too much trouble. They made it as easy as possible for us even helping me to remove curtains and carry our bags before leaving the house. They organised the storage facility for us explaining everything in advance and really they could not have been more helpful in any way. We are very grateful.
