Sep 21,2024wouldn't give them one star if it were possible This company is ' one of Scotland's leading electrical installers ' and is the registered installer of AEG Electrolux so having ordered from the manufacturer you unfortunately have to deal with MCDUK ltd. they have an online booking system which I used and picked a date for install ( which was 2 weeks away !!! ) only date offered they then said they couldn't do it for 2 weeks after that ! 4 weeks without an oven - when I asked if they could move it earlier they suggested I cancelled as they had seen my postcode - i must live in the wilds - right between 2 of Scotland's large cities !!! so waited 2 weeks to get nothing and had to cancel the order - its getting done next day by AO.com - that's service - avoid this lot

Aug 15,2024Very straight forward install experience, and my new gas hob is working brilliantly, old one and all the packaging taken away. Heads up call 30 minutes before arrival and the two lads were able to get my hob connected in no time. Booking the appointment was a doddle with an email link to their calendar, and that was it. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend Steven and Greg from MCD.

Nov 10,2024Can't fault 2 Installers Andy and Ryan who installed my Washing Machine without any fuss and also tried my Tumble Dryer which could not plug in as my Electric Socket had been cut . Highly recommend and also carried 2 heavy appliances up 3 floors with no fuss,
