Sep 30,2023Great customer service from Melior Home. Although the initial delivery was delayed the communication from the company was clear and helpful. One of the chairs when they arrived had a manufacturing fault and a replacement was delivered within two days of reporting the fault.

Jun 15,2023I absolutely love my media wall. It's beautiful. Melior homes kept us informed throughout the whole process. They even replied to me in the evenings and weekends. Ringing me to make sure I ordered the correct size, helping me with where my plug sockets go etc. I don't usually leave a review but I felt they deserve one.

Nov 16,2023What could've been a disappointing purchase ended up being a masterclass in customer service. Unfortunately the product I'd ordered was out of stock and business owner-come-customer service wizard contacted me directly to apologise for the inconvenience and helped me arrange for an alternative. The product arrived and the quality was questionable so I sent feedback and images to Hanish to express my disappointment. They took it extremely seriously, equally horrified to see the quality of products they were selling, and took immediate action to rectify the issue - including removing the product from the website until quality control could be better implemented and cut ties with the supplier(!) I was appropriately and quickly not only reimbursed but compensated for the issue and had the pleasure of being dealt with directly following my complaint. Genuinely shocked that such a high level of personal customer service exists. Would recommend the company simply for the dedication to good customer outcomes.
