I’m from overseas so the fact that everything is so well packaged and intact by the time it gets here is great (as many or these items are very fragile)! I have never been disappointed by a an item I have purchased. The sizing is perfect (when they say 1:12, it’s REALLY 1:12). In the past, I have ordered from other sites claiming their products were 1:12 and received either extremely large or very tiny furnishings 😟. But I guarantee you will never have this problem on this website. The staff is also amazing. They are very quick to answer any questions and are always helpful when it comes to remedying any situations (i.e. wrong item received, item missing in order, etc.). And the reward system is worth it! There’s nothing more fun than getting a bunch of free miniature items!!! 😁😁😁 Definitely THE best dollhouse company in the world. I highly recommend. May 22,2023It is always a pleasure to order and I gladly oppose our horrible customs that always keep UK parcels for weeks as now I am waiting foe 2 parcels for 6 weeks from melody jane but I do not mind, the quality of the products is so perfect , and in every style there is a wide range of choices , each time I ordered I already have a new basket filled with lovely items as building a cottage , interest slides from building material to garden to wallpapers and tiles to house dexoration itself and one cannot buy all immediately so next time it will be a fridge to fill the bellies of my cottage inhabitants and when that is finished I would love to start on a larger mansion like wenthworth so yes i am addicted🥰😘😍

May 17,2023I ordered a wallpaper for my dollshouse and got a photocopy jammed into a box, so was useless and damadged. A copy of a wallpaper is not a wallpaper! And has to be sent in a tube, not folded up in a box!
