Apr 14,2025Unfortunately the delivery company that Mercia employ damaged and didnt provide all the order. But in trying to resolve it has taken weeks and weeks to obtain replacements and when they arrived didnt match the original parts supplied. Although I sent a photo of the differing parts they requested more photos taking even more time to resolve.

Apr 11,2025Shocking customer care I've had 2 delivery texts expecting delivery on 2 different days. I then have had 2 delivery times given to me today Shed finally arrived despite being informed that the driver had run out of driving time,to be informed that it is damaged and the manufacturing company are aware of the damage but told the courier to delivery anyway as the customer may not notice. They are now offering re delivery in 3 weeks

Apr 10,2025Purchased Mercia bar May 24, treated with wood preserver and waterproof top coat as instructed. Within 10 months one of the supporting beams has twisted, pulled away from top beam and cracked on all 4 sides. Will not last another year. Robert DYas are taking no responsibility even though it is advertised as lasting for years to come with 15 year warranty.

Apr 09,2025Great service from Craig today. He was very helpful when we realised one of the panels for the shed was slightly damaged. He took steps immediately to rectify the problem. Not his fault, just one of those things. Thank you for your help carrying the shed through to the back garden for us. We really appreciate it.

Apr 09,2025An absolute mess of a delivery. Warning - your package could arrive from 6:50am!! I received a message at 6:59am. I woke up around 7:30am. In the time that I went to use the bathroom, wash my face and brush my teeth, the delivery driver had arrived. He must have tapped my front door with the tip of his fingers, because I didn't hear the bell or any knocking (I live in a small house). When I saw the missed call on my phone, I ran to the window. I literally hung out the window shouting at the driver. He drove off. I've called his phone 14 times. Someone from the office called me but when I called back it says the office doesn't open until 8:30am. So now I'm waiting to call them back so I can cancel the order. I think the drivers not answering on purpose. I've never had a delivery arrive so early. The guy didn't even wait to check and make sure, considering the time of the morning. I jumped in my car to find him, for 15 minutes I looked. Deliveries so early should be confirmed prior to arrival.

Apr 08,2025Nitemare experience. I booked a delivery on the 3rd March 2025 for a delivery on 7th April. A few days before I delivery I received a message just informing me that the log store would be delivered on the 7th April as requested. I had booked a day off work as they said someone needs to be at home. On the morning of the delivery day I received a message stating the delivery would be made on the 8th of April. The text message said I could not reply to the text. I contacted Way fair by WhatsApp to ask why the date had been changed at the last minute. The person I was communicating with was not really interested. When I said I had booked a day off work and wanted the delivery on the day requested and accepted they said no it will be delivered on the 8th. I later received a message to say it would be delivered on the 7th. Well guess whet it didn't arrive. On the evening of the 7th I received another message stating it would be delivered on the 8th. It did arrive on the 8th and was so badly packaged that the driver took a photo of it just incase there were any damage or if not all of it was there. Outcome was there were no packing blocks and a broken wooden fascia. Order at your own peril!!! Just to add I lost a days pay having to take the 8th April off work!

Apr 05,2025Failed to deliver my order despite being yards outside my house. I spoke with the driver and gave him full details how to find our property but he failed to leave our bin cuphoard and we have had to cancel our handyman who was locked to put it together. Robert Days"s customer service is abysmal. Please could I receive a full refund as I do not trust them to deliver it again, which would be the third time of trying.

Apr 03,2025Hi, its a long list Front facia missing, side load bearing member broken, two knots fallen out of the roof leaving large holes to let water in, and took 18 days to deliver this crap, wood very poor worse than that used in pallets. this cost 218 pounds worth about 50

Apr 02,2025COWBOY COMPANY - DO NOT USE Purchased a Mercia Summer House through Robert Dyas requesting installation. On the day, 2 men arrived. After leaving and inspecting my new purchase, I was shocked at how unprofessional the installation was. Not only was the roof fascia boards not cut to size, the door handles not postioned correctly, gaps in the doors when they had not been hung correctly allowing sunlight in and putting pressure on hinges as the doors would not close correctly, cracks on outside beams, hole in floor that I could see my decking, roof felt hanging down, bump in roof felt not laying flat, wood parts that have been attached outside to the roof that was suppose to be inside however worse of all, I also have the experience of the wind and sunlight through the 2 inch gaps between the roof and support beam whilst sitting inside. After contacting MPG Logigtics, the company responsible for the installation and several attempts to try and resolve this issue, they admitted it was a poor installation. I asked not for the same workmen to come and remove it only for him to arrive. Showing him the mess his made, his response to the fascia boards not being cut to size 'that's how Merica install them' the roof is meant to have holes, the beam is in the right place, the pieces of wood outside are correct, i didnt hang the doors my colleague did, theres nothing wrong with the floor,I have built 1000's of these. Being shocked at his response and showing him the instructions which he still denied he is in the wrong this company needs to be named and shamed. This is not a professional service at all. I have read the 1 star reviews, and I'm sure they will come out with some excuse that it's my fought that the roof has gaps and I did not allow the same person in to remove the summerhouse. This is because I have an expensive ornament in my garden. When i asked if he would like me to remove it to prevent him falling over his reply was 'no if i move it, it will be on the back of his lorry and is it expensive. Not the sought of thing to say to a customer. I Will be taking action against this company. Anyone else having problems with this company, please contact RIP OF BRITAN and WATCHDOG. I have and they sre interested in my story as it seems I'm not the only one unhappy with their poor service.

Mar 26,2025Absolutely no after care here. There is a fault with the internal supporting parts of the shed. Where the roof has sagged due to the internal support not being strong enough (2 pieces held together by a flimsy joiner! Pics sent as requested and apparently as I have no waterproofed the external wood parts (even though I have) they will not replace! I asked for the head office address so I could return the shed and there closed the thread down as its counter productive. I just pointed out that the issue is internal where it doesn't mention waterproofing the internal wood parts and that's the end of it apparently! Absolute disgrace of a company! It's nice to see by your reply you are admitting partial responsibility as I've not owned this product for 24 months! Also I note during out conversation you only asked for what treatment I had used which I supplied, however at no point did you ask me what waterproofer I had used, infact you assumed I hadnt! Happy to provide the details if you'd like to actual take responsibility for your faulty product?!

Mar 25,2025I am super excited to get my greenhouse up and to be using it, it's going to make my growing season longer and so much easier. Ordering on the website was easy with plenty of choice on delivery dates, I was updated on the specific delivery time the evening before and it was delivered on time. The delivery guy was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Assembling the greenhouse was fairly straightforward and once up it was very exciting to peel back the protective film from the windows. I can now move my seedlings from my kitchen to the greenhouse and start some more. I have a thermometer that is showing between 5-7 degrees warmer over night and this is plenty to keep a light frost away. Happy growing everyone!

Apr 14,2025Delivered on time and I was able to track the location of the delivery vehicle. The driver was very helpful. The instructions are good and I was able to construct the 8 x 4 shed without any problems. Once all the parts are screwed together it became a strong shed well worth the money
