Feb 28,2025BEWARE!! DON'T BUY! Absolutely awful experience. Ordered directly on their website. Mentioned the estimated delivery date 3-4 working days etc. Although other companies were offering better package, this had a quick delivery with minimum £500 spending so ordered everything I needed from here for my long time customer. It's been a week and I hear nothing from them, no email or text to get an update. I then have to chase them up only to find out they didn't have stock of the item to begin with. My customer is very disappointed and this has lost me business and my reputation aswell. I advise anyone not to shop from this awful company. Said they would call me back, and still haven't had a call.

Jan 31,2025Bathroom leaks caused by poorly applied sealent. Company refuses its their problem. Avoid them and get it done by someone else. Update 06th February 2025 - This issue was reported back in June 2024, my warranty expired August 2024. The sealent was coming off in toilet in June and you ignored us for about a month even back then! Now the same issue is happening in the bathroom and we have leaks in kitchen. For all those looking at this review take note. Do you really want a company fitting your bathroom that will treat you like this after its done ? Bathroom sealent should last years not a few months, the fitter cut all the material upstairs and we was left with dust everywhere we had to clean up ourselves.. trust me don't waste your time. Go with a company that takes pride in their work and helps their customers! Also I shouldn't have to pay as it was reported before warranty expired. You said you would fix it for £50. Like I said on the phone to you even if it was 50 pence I still wouldn't pay you because it's about what's right! Mersey bathrooms I'm sorry but you are completely wrong on this one. A customer that's in need for something that was reported last year and calls about same issue happening elsewhere, clearly your at fault! By the way I have sorted the issue myself thanks to a friend! Just thought everyone else on here should know.

Dec 13,2024Very happy with my bathroom beautiful workmanship very polite workmen only problem was my flooring wasn't in stock so had to choose another which manager said I could have a £50 refund due to not being what i originally wanted which I still have not received. Other than that happy with my bathroom.

Dec 07,2024Mersey Barhrooms have been amazing, we had stock issues and I was worried these soon got resolved, on the first day the bathroom arrived the fitter was professional from start to finish, hard worker working into the night to get the job completed, my bathroom is absolutely gorgeous I am made up with the finish and quality I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything from the quote meeting to the final finish was taken care of, carefully planned and perfectly executed. I was informed of the every step of the process, so there was no surprises. Dec 06,2024Bathroom looks ok but I’d much prefer it if the window would open. Lots of beading preventing the opening of the window. Quite shocking that it was left like this. And NO I won’t be contacting your so called “team” as I don’t want any of you near my property ever again.

Dec 05,2024We couldn’t be more happy with our new bathroom from start to finish. They couldn’t do enough for us . The fitter did a great job and in only 4 days also removed all the old bathroom saved us having to pay for a skip. Would 100% recommend

I think I'm in a hotel every time I walk in my bathroom I'm over the moon with it.... you're highly recommended to everyone I have spoken too Thanks Michelle

Dec 04,2024From initial consultation, to the delivery of everything needed for my bathroom the employees were very nice efficient and polite wasn’t pressured in any way and Mindy who fitted my bathroom worked so hard respecting my property and cleaned up every day the quality of the products used were excellent and the price was fantastic and great value for money would highly recommend them still loving my beautiful bathroom thank you

Dec 04,2024Mersey bathrooms have done an amazing job out fitter was brilliant hard working.thr out come looks fab. When we did have a slight issue with the extractor fan communication was on point they telephoned explained the issue and refunded the money. Even on the build up to getting the bathroom fitted communication all the way through was great. All the old bathroom was taken away there was no mess left at all.I would definitely recommend they guys.

Nov 27,2024This is an honest and true review… Mersey bathroom have fitted my bathroom on 4th November 2024. the workmanship is second to none. I’m so pleased with the work and Remi who fitted the bathroom was amazing. There was no mess and all the stuff from the old bathroom was taken away. Honestly can’t praise them enough.

Nov 19,2024I was fortunate to find Mersey Bathrooms on Facebook. They had fantastic reviews on here and Facebook so decided to go ahead and have a new downstairs cloakroom, en-suite and bathroom. So glad I did. The work carried out by Rob and Val the fitters was outstanding. They worked non-stop. Extremely tidy. Very professional and a high standard in everything they did . Everyone that I encountered in the company were focused on making sure the customer was happy and gave fantastic service. I love my transformations. All rooms look amazing!

Sep 25,2024I've just had a new bathroom installed and it's absolutely beautiful. Everything went smoothly. Everyone I've spoken to at this company is charming, from visiting the showroom, the surveyor, telephone enquiry, the person who did the work and the person who collected the old bathroom and trade waste. The works completed in 5 days. The man who did the works was lovely, he worked none stop all day, was very polite and considerate. I'm made up with my new bathroom, its bebeautiful. We had the wall between the bathroom and toilet knocked down, bath replaced with a walk in shower, extractor fan fitted, new sink unit, wc, and a light up mirror. Spotlights in the ceiling and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend using Mersey Bathrooms. Works finished yesterday and this morning all the waste was collected.

Mar 09,2025My bathroom was finished yesterday and I am so pleased. As most people know you are always unsure when having work done, but this company is the best I have ever come across. From start to finish the professional way it is done is outstanding. And one of the most important things is I felt I was in safe hands. Bruno is an Amazing worker which is normally rare but I can not praise him enough thank you again well done Mersey Bathroom I will recommend you to everyone x
