Mar 12,2016We have bought a number of diamond rings, necklaces, pendants and earrings. They have ALWAYS been spectacular which is why we always return to Mervis. Also, Mervis has the super deal where you can up-grade any diamond purchased at Mervis and we only pay the difference in price between the old and the new diamond -- very few jewelry stores in the Washington, DC area do that. Then there is the Staff -- these are wonderful people who KNOW there diamonds, and they are always courteous, friendly and ALWAYS interested in making us, the customer, happy with our purchase. Mervis is the place to go if you are a young couple because as your marriage grows in years you can up-grade that diamond bought for her with a new one diamond bigger and more brilliant the the one before Mervis is the SUPERIOR place to acquire a diamond for that special person. girl-friend, wife, or daughter.

Mar 10,2016My husband and I are repeat clients. Over the holiday season his wedding band was stollen. He called to re-order the ring and it came in the day before the Mervis red carpet event. I went to pick it up after work. I had hopes to have my wedding ring, engagement ring, necklace and earnings cleaned and inspected; however it was never offered because I stood in the lobby the whole time and the receptionist and everyone else seemed pre-occupied them take care of an established customer. What was more troubling was once I got home I finally looked closer at the his new ring and was so worried I got the wrong one because the original was worn. I called to speak to someone as I was about to go back but I was out on endless hold three times. In the end we looked back at wedding pictures and realized it was the same. Just frustrating after spending so much money to feel like a burden.

Mar 10,2016I'm going to give you a solid two stars, Mervis Diamond is one of the best but when I bought my wife a new diamond ring that took her through the endurance race to get the ring, sized and back. What happened to the Mervis I knew?
