Aug 30,2024Through no fault of MIH VoiP, we suffered almost two months of on/off broadband and no landline at all. But Antony made our pain almost tolerable by his confident optimism that all would be well in the end. And his confidence has just been proved well-founded as we experience a solid broadband connection with our new supplier (Utility Warehouse) and crystal-clear telephone communications via MIH's VoiP equipment. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend MIH...

Aug 19,2024After changing our energy & broadband suppliers to Utility Warehouse I wanted to keep the landline number for my aged parents but felt thoroughly ripped off by BT for many years. My experience with mihVoiP was an easy and simple changeover. Using the adapter could not be easier - just plug in and it works!! Great service and helpful all the way. And a great money saver too.

Aug 19,2024I wanted to sort out my business number to have a more professional-looking landline number for my business, Shh with Emily - The service I received was not only excellent but informative on how I could use this landline number with WhatsApp Business as well as calls. I was even given a telephone number that was perfect for a Hypnotherapist (01253 804321) :) the setup was quick and easy without any issues! I could not fault the service at all - thank you!

He always goes above and beyond with everything you need. A consummate and to class professional in every aspect. What I / we love is. A. From start to finish - The ease and simplicity of it all. No jargon. No mumbo jumbo. Just all straightforward, a novice (like me!) can connect it all up. And did. Works a treat. And B. Nearly half the cost of BT. ££😎 Just perfect. Gets a 10 from me… Or 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I didn’t have a clue if I’m honest but Anthony was exceptional and guided me through the whole process and got it delivered the next day and made sure it was set up properly. I would recommend to all my friends, family and colleagues. Great alternative to not having an extra BT phone large and monthly large rentals. Thank you

May 16,2024Being able to keep my original numbers. Unfortunately the mobile reception is not very good. Talking to someone yesterday, they couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t understand them, it was like drowning. The land line isn’t as bad but not always convenient. I hoped it might improve with time. J. May 15,2024We joined MIH VoIP a couple of months ago, the joining procedure was very easy to complete and we also received help from Anthony. The installation procedure was quick and straight forward again there was guidance from Anthony. The system works well and we particulary like the feature of receiving a message for any voice mails we get. I can not thank them enough for the great service.
