I had the pleasure of working with them over the summer on logo design, branding, and creating comprehensive guidelines, and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. From the very beginning, the team was more than just attentive; they made it their mission to understand and deliver on every aspect of the project entirely, encompassing the client, brand, and overall scope. Their quick responses provided creative solutions that perfectly aligned with my vision and personal requirements. Aug 15,2024Its hard to summarise how good Milk and Tweed have been for our business but to summarise in one word, I would say AMAZING. From the intial meeting to the delivery of our new branding project the team have been incredible. I believe that the core of any good business is how they communciate with their customers, that is something Milk and Tweed have excelled at. If you are looking for a one stop shop for marketing, websites, branding and just really nice people, this is where you need to be shopping. Special mention and thanks to Sam, Jamie and James for their time on our project - true assets to the M&T team! Oh and althought I havent said it in black and white, I would highly reccomend to anybody that wants to take their business and brand to new levels! 5 FIVE STARS!

They're process of website development was seamless and felt very easy to involved with. our website upgrade was brilliantly executed and the team were flexible throughout the stages. with very little experience in websites, they dealt with everything that was asked and created a great platform for us to continue with additions. we were looking for a website that is scalable and fits with our requirements as a business. I can certainly recommend M&T to the non technical who want a flexible website and a pain-free way of getting there!

Jan 31,2024I was lucky enough to be able to speak to a friend who had already used Milk and Tweed as I noticed their company was used as a case study when I heard of their experience I was won over. My personal experience was great, every stage was clear and anything I didn't understand was explained in really clear user friendly terms without making me feel silly for not knowing. From initial meetings with Jake to working with Jon and Sara on development everything was easy. I really like the way they support you to get the right design and features for your specific company. Our needs were different to a lot of companies and they took the time to really understand our business and what we needed in terms of functionality. Would recommend and really happy with the overall result.

Jan 26,2024i work with 2 teams on social media and the website, and i find communication, great with both teams, they listen to ideas and help grow. we have really pushed our social media on to another level where people from the industry are talking to me about the brand and how it has moved on, the website has a hire page which is very complicated and they have really worked with us to improve this on so many levels.

I am not good with technology at all but the team at M&T made things efficient and easy to understand. They were also very supportive when I asked for very small changes back and forth - Jamie being particularly available and helpful. Would highly recommend M&T.
