From start to finish, their service was outstanding. Agents in the NYC office were extremely helpful, coordinating everything with a friendly and professional approach. The pricing was competitive, and our accommodations in both Mecca and Medina were top-notch, situated right next to the Harams, which made our stay even more convenient. Personalized transport for airport transfers, visits to historical sites, and the journey from Mecca to Medina was prompt and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and responsive to all questions via group chat or in person. The daily notifications were very helpful to keep us updated with group activities. Tour guides were friendly and knowledgable. Hotels were 5star in every aspect--clean & breakfast was to die for!! Our whole Umrah experience was everything and more tha what we imagine in Saudia Arabia. We are already planning our second Umrah trip for next fall insha Allah.
