I found this hosting very good but there is one problem of it is not 24/7 if you provide 24/7 option so i will use this hosting forever in my life but apart from that i liked this hosting as there is no lag and no problem of loading chunks and all.

Its not so bad but if youre low on money you cant play at all, Ive been waiting now 14 hours to put my own private server which I only play with friends online and it keeps saying that theyre at maximum capacity of servers, really sucks since it forces you to upgrade your plan, I can bare with the ads but why the maxiumum capacity? other server hosts dont have somehting like a maximum capacity so its insanely strange

The Unfortunate Decision of Minefort: A Critique of the Paid Server Model In the ever-evolving landscape of online gaming, few things are as disappointing as the decision of a company to prioritize profit over community accessibility. Minefort, a popular platform for Minecraft server management, has recently made headlines with its controversial decision not to offer free servers. This move has sparked significant debate among gamers and server administrators alike, highlighting the growing disconnect between commercial interests and the needs of the gaming community. At its core, the decision to charge for server access undermines the fundamental principles of community and accessibility that have always been central to the Minecraft experience. Minecraft, a game celebrated for its creativity and community-driven content, has traditionally thrived on a model where players can freely share and explore their creations. Minefort’s paid server model seems to disregard this tradition, placing a financial barrier between players and their ability to engage fully with the game. One of the most glaring issues with Minefort’s decision is the impact on smaller and independent creators. In the Minecraft community, many players and content creators rely on free servers to experiment with new ideas, host events, or simply enjoy the game with friends. By shifting to a paid model, Minefort risks alienating these individuals, who may not have the financial resources to sustain a server on a subscription basis. This move effectively stifles creativity and innovation, as only those with the means to pay can participate fully in the community. Moreover, the decision reflects a broader trend in the gaming industry where monetization often takes precedence over user experience. While it is understandable that Minefort, as a business, needs to generate revenue, it is essential to consider the broader implications of such decisions on the gaming ecosystem.

I love how I cant even start my server anymore, I cant even download the files to move it to a new host because you have to wake server up to download it.

Used to good, but added an obnoxious time limit to free servers and made it practically impossible to open free servers in the first place with the "not enough server space" bs. Not worth using for free servers at all, go somewhere else. Just like minehut, got much worse and not worth using. Go use aternos or something.

Since minefort as added a limit for online servers anyone with a free plan is unable to start their server or even access their files to transfer it to respectable host that doesn't only care about profit. To top not being able to access any server you've worked hard on without paying anywhere from $5.99 to $47.99 (and then having to manually cancel your subscription) their support team (admins) seem to only respond to people having problems with a paid server or trying to purchase a paid server.

Its free but you cant actually wake anymore because of the message that is blabbing "we don't have free servers because of our capacity please pay or wait" nobody is going to use a hosting like that. EDIT: ive actually seen that its all because of survival servers that nobody plays them and thats why theres no space left for free server so either 24/7 should be only for the pro plans or either there should be no useless servers.

I actually used to like Minefort but up until recently, things have been taking a turn for the worse. It used to instantly start your servers, but now features a 30 second delay to play some stupid ads. Also, it lags like HELL and sometimes, barely playable. And that's even IF you start the servers, because, as the main reason I'm writing this, that whenever I try to start a server, it displays the stupid 'Whoopsie! We're out of online servers! Please try again later!' message. Im actually wondering how Minefort got 4.4 out of 5.

The panel is ok, you can find things fast one small issue you can't download the server files trough website. The server is a little laggy because a lot of servers with 0 players are running and slowing down other servers with players on them. Another small issue, plugin dynmap is not supported i would change that. But if we ignore those small issues the servers are good and the free version for me is better that Aternos.

Minefort is great, I’ve played for over 3 years, and an advantage that Minefort has over Minehut is that free servers don’t shut down after 2 hours. Minefort is also a smaller community and so it’s easier to get popular here.

Minefort, much like Minehut USED to be good. Unfortunately, they've decided to follow Minehuts footsteps, first by adding a 30s delay when starting servers from the web panel, then by making it almost impossible to start servers at all because "whoopsie, we're at the limit of online servers!", and finally adding a playtime limit to the free plan. I'm not asking for a maxxed out server to be free, I just want that tiny underpowered stripped down server that I use for a few hours a day to actually be accessible and not boot me off if I go over some arbitrary time limit.
