Only part of order received. Email customer service is nice but confused and clueless. Spent hours in queue for phone service - never got through... Recommend to buy through other shops than their own online shop if want their products. Update to response: i did get in touch w Customer service. Not helpful and awful attitude!

Never order at the brand website. I like the clothes but the customer friendlyness is super bad! If you want mini rodini order it at a retailer website or in a store. I ordered twice at the brand website. The first time my returns were not processed. And at the end, after of a lot of e-mails, I received my returns back home and had to keep it. The second time there was a special discount. After ordening I noticed that I had to fill in a special code during the order process which I didn’t. I e-mailed mini rodini but didn’t get the discount. The special discount was only for a short time and it was my fault. I spend a lot on mini rodini clothing, but from now on not anymore. Hopefully you have better experience with this company.!
Forfærdelig webshop samt kundeservice. Modtog aldrig min ordre og måtte rykke flere gange, for at få opdatering på, hvorfor jeg ikke hørte noget fra dem eller modtog min ordre.
Love mini Rodini such soft and fantastic quality. It’s a go to for special occasions for us or just for general wear. Never been dissipointed and the patterns always turn heads had so many compliments. Favourite brand for my daughter. If I could post photos with this review I would. Loooooove then!
Love the clothes and the brand, but they always seem to have technical difficulties. You never know if your order has been processed or if there was “some problems” and you just missed out on the sale or that specific promotion. Thus, I would not count on getting my stuff from the actual company but rather go to a good retailer instead.

When someone gives you a t-shirt from this brand as a present, one would expect the "upmarket" brand to look great on your baby. well that is not the case here: after a gentle wash on the washing machine (yes, we mommies must wash clothes before babies can wear it, hygiene reasons) the t-shirt came out peeling like a onion; the pattern just fell appart, leaving this so call "funky", expensive brand looking like an old cheap t-shirt bought from a doggy retailer. I contacted customer service and i was shock by the rudeness thrown at me: nevermind it was a present, one has to have the receipt from the shop it was bought. they obviously don't know the responsibility for the faulty product lies on the producer and not the retailer. what was more shocking is that a brand that advertiser itself as a "upperclass" baby clothes sells products that looks great but in reality are wear and throw away. I didn't have the receipt... they lost a customer. stay away!
