May 17,2015My experience at miss dressy was very positive. I felt welcomed and assisted a lot by staff as I have used this website a number of times. My sales representative was always Jace and she proved to be a fantastic help. I would recommended this company to a friend 100%.

May 17,2015Recently, I purchased a dress from Misses Dressy that I had to return bc it was not long enough with heels. The customer service was first class. The sales representative May, immediately returned the dress for me and issued a store credit. She them helped me find a beautiful dress that fits perfectly and I could not be happier! The dress was rushed to me and I had it in two days. Quality of both the dress and customer service are outstanding. May made an otherwise burdensome process, so easy and enjoyable. I am very grateful to her and her expertise and I love my Alyce dress!

May 15,2015I had ordered a dress as a change dress for my wedding last year from a local shop. The dress was still not in a month before my wedding so I found the same style here in stock and ordered it at a lower price I might add. Unfortunately it was a tad tight and no time for alterations. I was able to exchange for another dress easily. As I started the process so late I still wasn't able to get the correct size in time for my wedding, but if I had started with Missydresses 8 months before like the local shop I would have had my original choice no problem. I also still have a small credit as the second dress was even less still. I have just communicated with Celeste through live chat customer service who confirmed I will be able to apply the credit to a new purchase. I was very pleased with the items I received and the easy return policy so no worries when ordering in stock dresses.

May 12,2015I really don't know where to start.. I fell in love with the Hannah s dress #27959 but when I was checking out the system rejected my credit card because it is issued from lebanon. So I started chatting with the customer support representative, Ms.JACE. She is by far one of the most professional and dedicated persons I have worked with. She was very knowledgeable, experienced and understanding as she guided me through an alternate solution and promptly follwed up all the way till the end. I mean I feel I should do more than simply write this review for her , which by the way is not exaggerated. She is a very capable and reliable person, who can provide efficient and effective solutions while being very patient and proficient. . Thank you Jace!

May 02,2015Don't purchase from this company. I received a dress quickly yes and I should have looked it over then but I didn't. My daughter went to try the dress on three days ago and we noticed that the back strap is almost completely ripped off the tag is misspelled and the seams are coming part. I also find it very funny that they don't allow you to review on the website and the only reviews that are posted are "positive" reviews. I never took the tags off that they sent the dress with (which proves it has never been worn). Their customer service is absolutely terrible and is not a reputable company.

Apr 29,2015The WORST customer service ever!! Dont buy ur dress from missesdressy.com you will be stuck with a dress and no event very rude, they dont want to help their customers nor care!! I purchased a dress and it was delivered after the occasion ( i placed the date of the event on the order when purchased the dress!) paid for an overnight shipping. even though i called and spoke to an employee at customer service telling them the dress wasnt delivered and she checked that it wasnt delivered (witnessed it) but still didnt care !! asked for a Refund and the manager didnt care of assisting the customer she technichaly said that they dont care if it missed the event ur wearing it to !! Didnt take an effort to help the client at all. Use other online stores had great experience with other stores !!

But about 7 days later, my dress came in perfect condition, perfect size and perfect everything! I have no idea why there are so many negative thoughts on this site, I would shop here again!

Apr 17,2015We recently ordered a prom dress for my daughter and our experience was great. My daughter knew the exact dress she wanted. She had seen the dress at another store but the store did not have the dress in her size. We ordered the dress from MissesDressy. I must admit, we were a little nervous about ordering online and receiving the dress on time. Not only did the dress come in on time, it came in a week early. The dress is beautiful. It is exactly what she expected. The color is right on, the fabric is amazing, and the beading is very nice. Our entire experience was great from ordering the dress to receiving the dress. Thanks so much for helping to make my daughter's prom day special.
