Mar 21,2013Being from the Midwest, maybe I am not familar with New York service. I am not comfortable spending several hundred dollars on a dress without the option of returning it for a refund. I called and asked that an exception be made to their usual policy of only giving store credits. Long story made short - the supervisor I talked to hung up on me when I asked to speak with her supervisor. Rudeness like this would never be acceptable at a store in the Midwest. After reading the other reviews online I would advise not giving this store your business.

Mar 13,2013I have ordered 2 dresses for my self and my sister for her engagement. The dresses looked amazing , just like the pictures. They told us that we will get on 15th March and we got it yesterday :)))))))))))) I am so existed and can't wait to wear my dress. It is like a dream become trueeeeeeee. I love this site <3

Mar 05,2013The best news I received today was a text from my daughter about receiving her beautiful prom gown and how she just loved it! I was so concerned about ordering this gown on line and receiving it in time for her big event. But not only does she love it and it looks even better than the picture did, she has it in plenty of time for her event in 2 weeks. The best is I saved $100.00 with ordering this dress online. Mar 05,2013I bought a dress and it was on sale. Very true to the measurements online. However yes, even though they say 'free shipping', shipping cost me 39.90, quite expensive. YET, the dress arrived from across the world in like 3 days. WOW! I think alterations when ordering online (or buying instore even) can be common if u want to get the fit just right.

Feb 20,2013First time I ordered from this shop 2 months ago and I was served very well and they helped me to choose the right size and find the right dress that I wanted. I received my both dresses in time and all my friends liked it sooo much, I looked better than other girls at the parties :) I want to say the dresses are soooo beautiful and they look expensive . So I was very satisfied and happy. Now I made order 2nd time here for me and my sister. I recommend this shop for all girls, Its a brilliant shop and customer service always can help you when you need and the dresses are very good. Also I think my sister will order her wedding dress in this shop but there are so many beautiful dresses that she can't decide which one to choose :)
