I’ve purchased their Carhartt caps, trousers and work-shirts for s few years now and there has never been a problem with shipping speed because they actually have the items in physical inventory. The 365 day return policy is also great. I purchased a jacket that I wasn’t sure about and I stuck it in the closet, accidentally forgot about it for 4 months, remembered the return policy and sent it back for a full refund! Thanks for the great service!

Following an issue with one of the garments we had ordered they telephoned us, made amends and offered a discount on an alternative. They also 'phoned me earlier in the year to discuss an order. Nothing is too much trouble and the products are brilliant. I wouldn't buy my husband's Carhartt stuff from anywhere else!
