Dec 06,2021I ordered a gilet that turned out to be too big, I emailed customer service to say I was going to be in the area of the warehouse and asked if it would be possible to drop it off and pick up the correct size, I got a reply straight away saying it wouldn't be a problem, considering it was half 8 on a Thursday night I was really impressed, even more impressive that it was Alex, the owner of the company, who was replying! When I picked up my order, Alex sorted every thing out and gave me a little tour of the place. Absolutley fantastic customer service, nothing was a problem and it genuine seemed like it was their pleasure to help me out! Thanks again to Alex and the team at MI supplies

Dec 06,2021Great prices on a wide variety of items, from t-shirts to jackets. Is it a bit weird to buy the clothes I go out in from company that specialises in work wear, I don't know but there must be some pretty cool looking builders and engineers out there! You cannot get Carharrt or Helly Hansen gear at such good prices anywhere else I've looked and because MI Supplies specialise in this type of stuff, you get products that I haven't found in shops. There was also really good customer service when I had to return an item that was too big and got a refund with no hassle. I will definitely use MI Supplies again.
