Apr 10,2019I already had an mmj Rex. Just not on me. But in the system. I went to a new dispensary MEDICAL ONLY. The Grove charged me to buy another mmj recommendation rx. The process was fast and easy. But I don’t think it was necessary for me to have buy another mmj recommendation when I was already listed as medical in the computer. This is not a state issued card. ITS ONLY A DR. RECOMMENDATION. Saw no dr. Got no card in mail as promised. I only have a computer printout of my mmj recommendation anyone could forge!! Doesn’t feel legit

Apr 08,2019Everything seemed great when I walked in. Customer service was awesome UNTILL I specifically pointed out and said the name of the product that I wanted and the chick gave me the WRONG ONE. She even read wat I wanted to hear but obviously dint read it correctly because it wasn’t the product that I want it , wen I got home I was happy to try out my new purchase and then I realized it was the wrong one..... why would she try to act and pretend to read something that is not there. I had no choice but to go back. Not to mention they dint offer anything for the inconvenience. Train you’re budtenders on your products!!!

Apr 13,2019First time at the Grove. The people working here are friendly, professional and ready to answer any questions you may have. First timers fill out a form and provide ID that you live in La Mesa. It was quick and I was shopping within 10 mins. Good prices and lots to choose from. I gave them my e-mail, they have sales through out the week and will e-mail you details. I will return.
