Sep 30,2018The Grove is the only "legal" medical cannabis dispensary in the City of La Mesa, CA. I had been to Apothekary, Med Men and Urban Leaf in San Diego prior to my first visit to The Grove. I was impressed with the service I received at all of these legal dispensaries, however, The Grove was more helpful with the medical side of my needs. For over a year, I have suffered with chronic pain to my hips and knees and recently underwent a total left hip replacement. I believe the CBD/THC is the best alternative to opiode pain management, and The Grove helped me the most. It is local, to boot. It seems they are in it for the long haul and they apparently have made a sizeable investment to provide the best products and services for their customers. I am done shopping, The Grove is the place for me.
