I moved into my property and had the inventory and check-in done by mi services. The clerk did a very thorough report which looks great. lots of pictures and easy to read through and understand.
Having rented lots of places before i found those inventories were very brief and i needed to report lots of extra comments and photos but for once i don't. they even checked inside the rubber seal of the washing machine door!
