Feb 17,2016Hi, ok, so I've been trying to get through on the phone this morning, (mo bros customer services 0116 319 1080) to be greeted by an automated message telling me to call back mon-fri between the hours of 9-5!? It's 9:10 on a Tuesday???...... The phone lines didn't open and start taking calls until 9:20 - (I KNOW CAUSE I KEPT CALLING BACK) ...So I placed an order for some items for my fella for valentines day... order placed on the 4/2/2016 - I have chased this up via your website twice, the last time (Thursday 11th feb) I spoke with a member of staff who assured me my items would be delivered on the Friday (12th) - I have arrived a the delivery address today (work) still nothing!? i at this point have spoken to the Customer Care team on a few separate occasions, online twice; Ticket #PHB5B/ Ticket #XV8NH - And twice verbally - I was assured my delivery was on its way, and should be with my by tomorrow... This kinda wore thin after the fourth time of hearing it, so I actioned a refund yesterday. All in all, terrible service! was not resolved or chased by the Customer Services Team, just read me some spiel to get me off the phone, as its someone else's problem when I called back. So if your looking for a fast, honest service, think twice before using Mo bros (in my opinion) awful service!
