Ich habe schon lange nach etwas für meine hormonelle Gesundheit gesucht, da ich stark an Periodenschmerzen leide. Diese haben sich bereits deutlich reduziert und ich habe allgemein viel mehr Energie im Alltag. Ein plus Punkt ist ebenfalls meine Haut, die sich gut verbessert hat. Dec 17,2024It really works! I've been taking monthlies for just over a month now and even outside of my period I feel less bloated and have more energy during the day. During my period I normally get very painful cramps and bad skin breakouts but with monthlies I didn't experience any this month! It was so refreshing to not have to constantly take ibuprofen to function. It's also one of the best tasting supplements I've had. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone who experiences painful and annoying period symptoms.

Dec 09,2024I honestly find it pretty shocking how much my cycle affects everyday life... During my period, I end up taking so many ibuprofen, which I know isn’t great. I came across Monthlies and didn’t even know there was a natural alternative. Had to give it a try since it’s not only supposed to help with my pain, but also boost energy (which is great, especially since I do a lot of sports) and more 👀. I love that it's a brand run by women who really get it 🙏🏼. I’ve been using the powder for about a week and a half, so I can’t give a full review yet (will update after the three months). But so far, the delivery was fast, the packaging is really nice and feels premium, and the taste is great. I actually look forward to my daily morning routine and I'm really curious to see how to goes :)
