Jun 11,2024We contacted Montrose Rope & Sail to enquire about making a cover for our garden furniture. From the initial contact they came across as very professional, always promptly responding to our emails and letting us know what information they required. They asked for photos to check that they had everything they needed to design & make a custom cover, so that gave us confidence they knew exactly what they were dealing with. Indeed other companies we were considering were quickly dismissed as they didn’t just didn’t seem to be on the same level (or anywhere close) Peter answered all of our queries and came up with the design which we agreed worked best for our furniture. We were also sent fabric samples, in fact nothing seemed too much trouble. We placed our order and our cover was dispatched sooner than we expected. We are delighted with both the quality and fit, the workmanship seems 1st class. We wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending Montrose Rope and Sail based upon our experience and we will definitely use them again. Thank you again for your great customer service and quality product, we are very happy with it.

Mar 29,2024I contacted rope and sail to have a cover made for my garden furniture. They were so helpful and explained really clearly what information they needed. I was able to go into the office to have a look at the different materials they had quoted me so I knew what I was getting. The cover fits the furniture so well… the material seems very strong and workmanship is spot on. I’m very much hoping this will last a lot longer than the poor efforts I’ve had from other places which usually last a few months. Communication was great and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Mar 25,2024Communication from Montrose Rope and Sail was excellent, they were so easy to deal with. Before the cover was made, they asked me to send images of the furniture to ensure a perfect fit. I received the cover in good time and was well packaged. The measurements are exact, and the cover fitted the furniture perfectly. I am very pleased with the material it looks and feels very strong in fact, far superior to the one that was ripped in several places (despite a non-rip guarantee). This weekend it as done nothing but rain here on the holiday park and the wind has never let up. The cover is still in place, and I look forward to many years of its use. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for its products and services.
