Mar 08,2024Unfortunately the performance of your courier hasn't been the best. In 3 full days the tracking status hasn't been updated and they haven't answered by queries on where the guitar is. Its only coming to Sydney so i would have expected it by now. Maybe they will answer your queries? I realise this is out of your control but maybe use a different courier for interstate delivery? Thanks

Their staff phoned to confirm address details in addition to careful preparation and packaging for safely shipping the guitar in pristine condition. Couldn’t be happier with the Gibson Standard Les Paul guitar, perfect action, intonation etc. Buy quality musical instruments with confidence from these guys - reasonable prices - cannot go wrong here.

Nov 30,2023The banjo I ordered arrived promptly and was undamaged by transit. There were a number of sections where an adhesive was present from a sticker which needed to be removed and a small mark on the head of the banjo. Otherwise it is everything I wanted
