Gave the gift today and the person absolutely loved it! The first thing she said was oh my God this has to be hand stitched. The quality was awesome, the size was perfect and she was really excited about it!

Apr 27,2024I never received my blanket…i waited a week and nobody got back to me about my refund. I feel i have been scammed by this company! Mind you ive been dealing with this for over a month now going back and forth with support. The way I received their services was messy and unprofessional.

Apr 09,2024Item received was not as pictured. The wooden calendar has typographical errors, and the print was uneven. The company is ignoring my (multiple) emails. I won't do business with them again. I wish there was an area here to post a picture of what they say it looks like, and what i got. Buyer beware.

Feb 06,2025I placed an order after reading through their shipping policy which to say the least is a bit worrisome with the current tariffs that have gone into place. I decided I was ok with their policies and decided to go ahead and order. Right away the company decided that only I have to follow their policies by taking over 7 business days to process my order even though it states they will take a maximum of 5. They also state that if any exceptions happen they would email me right away. Not only did I not get an email as to why it was taking longer, they responded to my cancellation request due to them breaking their own policy and they rushed, well took 14 extra hours, to print a shipping label and try to force me to accept their blatant breaking of their own policies. Now I have to deal with fighting this charge when they easily could have cancelled my order and just apologized for the inconvenience. While their products look nice and fit a niche market I would avoid them, especially now that they are essentially putting all the risk on the buyer.
