I returned them and the replacement correct size arrived by return of post. I was very impressed all round with both the product and the service

Jan 26,2019Quality of slipper made with natural materials, true sheepskin. Have had these for years and bought many pairs of slippers over that time. One pair ordered before Christmas unfortunately had faulty stitching and I had to return them The response from customer service was immmediate and they followed up diligently until I was happy with what was agreed. In this instance I was given an instant refund but will be ordering another pair mid year!
