Jan 08,2025My wife & I can't thank Neil enough with helping us obtain a buy to let mortgage Our mortgage with our current bank had come to an end. We were up against it time wise,with our current bank not being at all helpful :-( Neil was straight on the case, and a few offers later we were sorted ,taking the pressure off us We did have a few more problems along the way, which Neil sorted very quickly when asked I would not hesitate to use his services again 10/10

Jan 21,2022Neil was excellent in helping my wife and I get our first mortgage and made a tricky process, as I am self Employed as stress free as possible. We got the whole process done from Mortgage in principle, offer and completion in 8 weeks, which was only made possible by Neil being proactive, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I would highly recommend.

Mar 27,2021We were really stuck in the middle of our mortgage application and were at a loss as to how to overcome an issue regarding land registry. Clutching at straws we decided to ask an independent broker for some advice as to whether there was a solution, so we got in touch with Neil who immediately knew what to do. He spoke to the relevant people on our behalf and found a solution which is now in progress. I couldn't rate the service more highly, thank you Neil :-)

Dec 13,2020Neil has done a great job for us over the past few years, initially finding us a buy-to-let mortgage a few years ago and then another BTL mortgage this year, as well as a residential mortgage for us for our own home. The mortgages this year were far more complicated, due to covid, but Neil did a great job, frequently chasing the mortgage companies and pushing them to ensure that we were finally able to buy our own home.
