Dec 10,2024We are beyond grateful to Hackan for securing us a mortgage this year. We found ourselves suddenly in crisis with the family home on the brink of repossession due to a serious break down in communication between generations in the family. Hackan came along like a lighthouse in a storm, with clarity and creative thinking to help us through. We weren't sure we'd actually be mortgageable as a mixture of self-employed and newly employed buyers, of which the new employments included complex commission structures, and variable expenses and additional-hours. We truly appreciate the focus Hackan put into working this all out and successfully making our case to a high street lender, who had previously turned us down. It's safe to say that facing the loss of a home is an intensely stressful and destabilising experience but we have made it through thanks to Hackan. We truly cannot thank him enough.

Hackan has always assisted us with the funds sourcing (lending), including our residential to btl investments by explaining the products rates and fees. He always points out that a smaller rate product doesn't necessarily is the best product, if is coming with a large product fee.
