Feb 02,2021Barry is an absolute pleasure to work with - he was thorough, knowledgeable and very upbeat throughout the whole process. He has previously given us advice as he was recommended from a friend - this time he helped us on all aspects of the move from start to finish. What made the experience all the better was Barry's positive take on everything. He is an extremely funny and friendly chap which is just what you need when dealing with something so important. Cant recommend him enough.

Dec 26,2020Barry took on our complicated case (joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage needed) and worked hard and quickly to explore the different options available, finding the only lender that was willing to lend to us given the circumstances. He was always easy to contact and quick to follow up on any requests we had, providing info in a way that was clear for the layman and often giving us a bit of a laugh to go with it. Barry stuck with us and got us what we wanted in the end, despite the challenges! Would highly recommend.

Oct 15,2020Cannot recommend using these guys enough - we were recommended Barry through friends and it's very easy to see why! Barry made the whole process so easy and simple for us. His kind and friendly communication with us made the whole process so much easier than expecting (with us being first time buyers). Any questions or issues we had Barry would answer swiftly and in a manner we would understand. On top of that he went above and beyond to provide a 5 star service (even to the point of working late and on his days off). Will be recommending every chance I get - thank you for getting us get our first home!

Aug 27,2020We tried to purchase a property just before lockdown and got completely messed about by HSBC due to them changing their lending criteria, we then found Barry who managed to sort us a mortgage very quickly and painlessly. Would definitely recommend Barry to anyone else looking for a mortgage!

Aug 10,2020We were recommended Barry after we'd spent 5 months with 2 separate mortgage brokers and hadn't got anywhere. Barry managed to do in 16 hours what these two brokers failed to do for us in 5 months. We flew through the process, he found us an even cheaper deal than previous quotes, and he held our hands at every step. We could rely on his professionalism and friendly reassurance, even if it meant he was working through the night (sometimes sending emails at 2am). I've never experienced such commitment. And all this through a global pandemic. Honestly, I wish there were more stars on this, Barry IS a star and deserves them all!

Jul 09,2020Barry and his team were great. We got a really good mortgage deal from a good lender quickly and efficiently and we didn't have to pay any fees either which was great. Every time we've spoken to Barry he was friendly, had plenty of time for us but also was efficient at the same time. It's great to deal with an experienced person with a very positive and chatty approach - recommended!

I didn't really know exactly how i wanted to go about it and Barry took the time to guide me through all of my options and I now could not recommend him and mortgage saving experts enough! multiple conversations over the phone and many emails over period of weeks and it was never a problem. He answered all of my questions and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. These are definitely the people to talk to about your new mortgage. Highly professional service and they really know what they're doing! Five star service i will definitely be talking to them when i'm ready for my next mortgage. Thank you
