This mot reminder system they have is fab,no hesitation in recommending this fab tool, very fair price & there are good updates regularly, if there are any problems, they rectify the problems quickly,they even have an online chat that pops up,if you have any difficulties in using their fab tool.

Jul 18,2017Granville Auto Centre switched to using MOT Manager this year after having sent out reminder letters to our customers for the last 20 years. We have had great savings not having to send out as many stamps, and also with time as we no longer have to check MOT due dates with DVLA ourselves. The software does it for us. We also find it a quick and effective method as customers tend to react straight away and book their car in. It is easy to use and fits well into our daily admin routine. As for the team at MOT Manager, I think they are always super helpful and get back to you right away regarding queries, sorting anything out ASAP. A great set of guys!

It is so simple to use and great for retaining customers with a simple registration and mobile number taking less than a minute to remind people about there mot no fuss or hassle either. I now put every vehicle through my workshop on the system to increase customer base. With regards to the team at mot manager these guys do go the extra mile for you weather a silly question to be answered or advice via online chat or the office I cant thank these guys enough

Jul 05,2017These people are truly lovely helpful people. They helped me to set up the MOT Manager programme and are always on the other end of a telephone if i need any assistance. The programme itself is easy to use and great if any new customers come in even just for a bulb or a tyre. You just pop in their name, reg and mobile number and they receive a text message reminder for their mot with your garage number on it. The live dvla data is really handy for customers who ask me when their mot is due or checking mot history on a vehicle you or a customer may have just bought. Money well spent and would recommend this to all garages who are interested in building up their customer base and make office work easier.

Nov 08,2022Very easy software to use and makes managing bookings very easy. My customers love the automated SMS reminders. It has made the admin side of the business so much easier. Would highly recommend!
