Sold a bike to a dealer , that Move were hired to collect . Correspondence was great from the beginning , and i literally had to do nothing other than answer the phone and be at home ,when Phil the driver arranged a time to collect. Phil the driver was very friendly and although time was ticking on in the evening ,and I’m sure he wanted to get home we had a good chat before he loaded the bike up and went on his way . If I ever need i bike moving I would definitely use Move !

Had a bike delivered that I purchased online. They where great with communication on when to expect delivery. The guy who delivered the bike was extremely helpful and efficient and made the whole process super easy and stress free.

I had a very good experience using move, they are quick and efficient and did everything they said they would do on time no fuss. They kept in touch and notified me with what was happening. I used them for a delivery and a collection and it was completed in the time frame they specified. I would definitely use them again, thank you Andy and Martin.

From initial contact until delivery they were in touch every step of the way I'm the buyer and I can't recommend them highly enough the seller has the same opinion the next time I need a bike moving even if it's one of my own I will use them without question I've used many companies over 40 years but these guys go above and beyond I'd I could give them 10 out of 5 I still wouldn't do them justice if you read this review don't look any further Cheers Andy

Bike picked up in Gravesend, Kent by Keith and delivered by Mark to Yorkshire a week later. A cracking faultless service by a professional team and Andy oversaw the whole process. Thoroughly recommend these guys for your precious wheels!!

My bike arrived exactly on time. The lad that delivered it....sorry I can't remember his name, was really great. Very careful with the bike and very friendly. A great service all round.
