Sep 11,2022I hired this company to do a move. First of all, the night before the move they called to say a worker called in sick and instead of coming at 8am it would be 4pm. The morning of I got a call saying they’d be there at 11am, they arrived at 1045. My daughter was at the house to meet them, when I arrived she immediately said to me that she didn’t trust them to do a good job. They appeared stressed and intimidated by FURNITURE that we needed moved. I looked in the back of the truck, my china cabinet was lying on its side (who does that?). I went in the house and they were struggling to get a sofa bed out of the basement, I had to direct them on how to maneuver it to get it up (common sense says tip it on its end, do NOT try and go straight up when there’s not enough room to do that. They didn’t get that). During the move my sons saw them sitting on my couch in the back of the truck (I paid for that?), my sons considered helping these 2 “movers” because it was clear to all of us they had no clue what they were doing, but my sons decided not to because they weren’t being paid, these 2 movers were. My daughter and I even moved a couple of lighter pieces for them (and yet again I paid for their incompetence). I finally sent them off with half a truck, because I didn’t trust them. They arrived to the new house, they wouldn’t put the sofa bed into the basement as told by my husband, they told him they can’t, it won’t go, my husband told them it would, my daughter in law spoke up and told them to just go, she’ll help get it downstairs. They also damaged my wooden coffee table, took a couple chips out of it. Meanwhile I had the manager/owner (who knows) calling me within 5-10 minutes after transferring the payment calling to make sure I transferred it because it wasn’t in their bank account within “2 minutes”. I told him these guys were incompetent and rattled off some of the above, he said he would talk with them, talk to their manager and would fire them “today” (my response-no you won’t), so be aware, if these 2 show up to your house. Meanwhile I’ve now had to hire another moving company to finish the job. These guys are a complete joke! Do NOT hire! Save yourself…stay away from this company!!!

Sep 05,2021** PLEASE READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FIND A LAST MINUTE MOVERS ON YOUR MOVING DAY** I talked with Sam and booked the service 2 months before my moving day. I was moving from condo to condo and all of the elevators were booked as well a few months ago. HOWEVER, Sam message me a few minutes before they were supposed to show up and told me they gotta delay for 3 hours or start moving tomorrow. When I asked the condo management, of course, it was the end of the month, so there were no vacancies. I told Sam about this and the answer he gave me was that he couldn't come because I didn't have a backup. I am so upset because everything was booked months ago and everything was packed and waiting but the only thing he said is that he can't do anything for me. I called the management and asked them a favour to use the elevator late at night. I messaged him and called again, but he ignored me. he didn't answer calls and didn't reply to messages. But when my fiance called, he eventually answered the phone. But again he said there was nothing he could do. Literally, I called 70 moving companies and one responded, but the price was double. Although the price was out of my budget I had to pay the amount they asked because there was no way I could move the other day. Although I prepared everything long time ago, THIS GUY made me to do everything from the beginning on the same day of our moving day. It was the WORST experience and I don't want anybody experience this again. Even if everything goes according to plan, moving is already a stressful day. Not only was this man unprofessional, but he was also too irresponsible. DO NOT RISK YOUR TIME AND MONEY just because it is cheaper than others! There will be a price that you have to pay like us..

Aug 04,2021We booked the movers one month ago and confirmed with them many times to make sure everything is fine. The person named Sam talked to us even the day of our move. The movers were supposed to come at 3 pm but when we called them they said 5, 5:30 and around 6 pm they cancelled on us. It's a family of 3 little kids packed everything from morning ready to move. Sam gave us the number of another person from Hamilton at 6 pm and said he will come and help. But nobody came !! No apologies or any compassion !! You guys don't have to treat us as special customers but we all deserve to be treated as mere humans !! Very unethical, inhumane and unprofessional behaviour. If anyone looking to book them please reconsider because this people don't care !! I work for customer care and I know how much we go above and beyond to make someone smile at the end of the day. I don't know why people treat each other like this !! Please please don't book these people. It's a request to all !! Thank you.

Jan 26,2020WORST MOVERS!!! ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! These are fake movers! They do not wrap your furniture to protect it. They do not have Dollies or blankets. They scratched my furniture badly and lied about it. They are slow (10 hours for a one bedroom). They were carrying one box at a time and I was trying not to laugh. If Seinfeld or SNL did a show about bad movers, these would be the guys. They are the worst ever. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!

Aug 06,2019A myriad of things to avoid this company for your moving needs: -Movers arrived after/later than me even after saying they had arrived. -They managed to lock themselves out of their truck (left the keys in the truck) which caused a 50 minute delay in the move. -They used our furniture to stand on because they needed to see into the van to lockpick the key out. Very disrespectful. -The movers did not speak or communicate effectively in English and thus did not understand that they could use our dolly/moving cart. -Movers scratched shelving, the legs of furniture and also dropped my BBQ damaging it. -Did not wear gloves or take gloves offered by us -My mattress was moved but also dragged on the ground rendering it dirty even though it was in a mattress protector bag which ripped because of the dragging. On top of that, the movers bled onto the mattress itself somehow. (All while refusing our help to find bandages or instructions on how to safely move our items so that it wouldn't cause injury) - Used the sink to wash wounds and also left blood in the sink. -Items that are meant to be moved by two people were constantly precariously moved by one person in a manner that didn't reflect any respect to the property. -Slow to start, also taking items one at a time (not efficiently using the dolly/s) - the one guy was also CONSTANTLY on his phone. -If we had not been watching them, I'm sure they would have taken 4 times as long. Basically had to do most of the work in moving items and making sure nothing was damaged. -The movers also ran out of wrapping for my furniture after only a few pieces which was disappointing, and lead to many things scratched or dented. Update: Trying to get in contact with this company after the fact is impossible as they are ignoring calls and e-mails. Update 2: They keep submitting fake reviews voting their services high.
