Feb 21,2025It was decently smooth sailing for the start i used them for about a year. Then i had fradulent charge on a pump for $200, too 135 days to get refund, i was tild multiple times to deal with pump myself… i said that is enough and requested my escrow back of $1200, took 3 weeks to get account closed and received $1025 instead and no one could say why. All fuel was paid and support didnt know why there is somewhere in the system invisible charge of $175... After that escrow was paid support ghosted me last email sent to them 2/7/2025

Feb 07,2025I'm mudflap user , just did my math , for the entire year of 2024 my average savings with mudflap app is bearly - 0.13cents per gallon, mudflap is advertising -average savings of 0.59 cents per gallon, so ther real life savings r NOT EVEN CLOSE WHAT MUDFLAP IS ADVERTISING, and like i said thats my average after entire 2024

Jan 08,2025Got approved for $6400 credit line weekly. And the dashboard showed $6400. For some reason I couldn't use more than $2500. After multiple emails back and forth their support had no idea how to fix it, so they just lowered that to $2500. Their dashboard is freezing every single 2 minutes. Mudflap is not reliable fuel card option.

Jan 08,2025I was about to use Mudflap for the first time and I was really looking forward to getting a great price on diesel. However, when I got to the pump, the price on the pump was 20 cents HIGHER than what was posted on the app with no way to correct it! What a waste of my time. BYE mudflap. More like mudFLOP. Disappointed, UPDATE: In reply to Mudflop's response, I knew exactly how to use the app. That was not the issue. The issue was, as originally stated, the price at the pump was 20¢ HIGHER than what was shown on the app!

Nov 14,2024Horrible customer service. They want your banking info, credit card info, then the app stops working forcing you to call in with a picture of your Drivers License. On top of that they started charging a fee to use a credit card pushing you for your banking information. They are a complete joke!

Nov 07,2024I was one of the first 25,000 people to start using mudflap in 2020. I loved it saved a lot of money a week since we run 10 trucks. But then applied for their fuel card. Was asked to upload a bunch of documents. After 2 weeks and talking to 4 different people. Mudflap said I never turned in a application. They can't even get their story straight. AB has the sme discount. You will have your cards in a few days.

Oct 16,2024They take money out of your card/account whenever they see fit. When speaking with customer service the reps say "that're not trained to assist with debit, credit or account matters" We will never utilize this company EVER!!!!

Sep 09,2024Horrible service. I have been trying to this app and I can is Horrible the hausedve made me uploaded 3 different debit car 2 front wells fargo and 1 front bank of America and they keep telling me that those cards aren't bank afiliete cars . I do not recommend anyone to use this app

Jul 10,2024I called to change my bank info. First I was told I would get a hundred dollar voucher to spend. Then I'm told that I have to join a company "name mumbled" for discounts. I have to pay $1+ with a credit card to get started. "No I told the gal," I did not call in for that. I was then told O had to except it. No I am not. I don't want the $100 voucher or the 15 day mumbled company discount deal. No choice I was told. You want to bet? I tactics. Very high pressure sales tactics. I will maybe call on a different day. Do not email me with a bunch of bs offers. They want your email and check boxes to be able to leave a review. "Beware".

Jun 28,2024A completely ridiculous application process that demanded my EIN filing refer to my LLC on one document even though I supplied them with both, of which one originates from the feds and the other from my home state. It's a fuel card for goodness sake.... not a national security clearance request.

Mar 22,2024Time for some ACCOUNTABILITY & CONSEQUENCES! 😡😡😡 I was using the Mudflap app to save money at the pump for diesel fuel purchases! I made a purchase at a Kwik Star in Cedar Rapids, IA on Wednesday, Feb 21, 2024. It pre-authorized my purchase at $100 with my form of payment I had previously added to the Mudflap app, which was my Venmo debit card. I then pumped the amount of diesel and the total was $70.20. You then give Kwik Star the code provided to you by the Mudflap app. They put it into their computer which is Mudflap’s software connected to Mudflap. The transaction is finished and they provide you with a receipt and within seconds you get a text notification from Mudflap thanking for the purchase. The difference between the pre-authorization and the actual amount purchased is then returned to your form of payment, which in this case was Venmo. All is good. The next day, Thursday, Feb 22, 2024, I purchased diesel again at a Kwik Star in Webster City, IA. Same steps. Pre-authorized my purchase for $100. I pumped $81.39, but this time it did not return the difference back to my Venmo debit card of $18.61 so I called Mudflap and Venmo both and they both blamed one another. I also find out that #Stripe is Mudflap’s debit and credit card processor. I professionally try to find out where the mistake was made by the time stamps of the communications between Mudflap, Stripe and Venmo. The CEO of Mudflap, Sanjay Desai called me on Friday evening Mar 1, 2024 and apologized and assured me he would solve this and provide me with the time stamps for proof of what happened. Unfortunately Sanjay Desai never kept his word ! 😡😡😡 I called Venmo and Mudflap on a three way call today and was informed by Candi Estes that Mudflap was no longer going to allow Venmo as a form of payment and drum roll, they also closed my account! 😡😡😡 For what??? For holding Mudflap accountable for not taking the responsibility to make sure my money was returned to my account??? What happened to integrity, moral and ethical standards??? 😡😡😡

Mar 06,2025I’m not member of mudflap , however, I did receive emails and some how they Debit 500 dollars from my account… ??? On 2 transactions of 250.00 how can this be possible?
