Jun 12,2023Like their products but I’m not sure it’s worth ordering/having subscriptions as I’ve had several issues with delayed mum & you deliveries - especially with Evri. Sadly this means the mum & you service is not reliable as they don’t honour their delivery times - can be super fast as advertised or hugely delayed. Their customer service is generally quick to respond and helpful(ish - although I’d prefer one email that resolved things to a back-and-forth) but they don’t seem that bothered about the inconvenience of late/non-delivered items which when you’re at home with a little one can actually have an impact if you’re relying on the deliveries you’ve paid for. Looking at other reviews here it seems I’m not alone in my experience with mum & you, so why have they not sorted the delivery issues? At the very least the option to chose which carrier for orders as it seems to change each time (and I’d always chose to avoid Evri).

May 12,2023I’ve tried so many eco nappy pants looking for ones that aren’t too narrow at the back. Finally came across the perfect fit for my son (100th percentile problems). They’re also really soft and so far are holding up really well at night, which a lot don’t. So glad I found these!

Mar 25,2023I can’t see any difference between these wipes and Tesco Fred and Flo extra sensitive biodegradable wipes. The ingredients list is the same! Packaging the same, closing tab, the way the edges of the packaging is pressed, the look and size of the wipes. No difference whatsoever.

Mar 19,2023Nappy leaks badly, doesn't hold up well overnight. Have to get up at night to change my child out of wet clothes. It's even happening during the day also. Only positive is they don't smell. Was really trying to continue using them even though it was happening from my very first order.

Nov 08,2022Purchased some nappies from this company a while ago for my daughter. I woke to her crying over night as the bright red colouring design had rubbed onto her skin and caused some blistering. I had never had any issues with anything like this before with other brands. I immediately contacted customer services where they told me to contact my dr. They offered an apology and said they’d send me some free bath treatments which never ever arrived. Beware if your child has sensitive skin. These really damaged my daughters skin. Since swinging back brands we’ve had no issues. I was appalled with the customer service. I sent photographs to show just how they had hurt her and they didn’t seem bothered.

Nov 02,2022As gender is a protected characteristic - I'm not sure how your company can get away with your name and marketing. I'm a parent who wants to use sustainable products does it matter what gender I am? Wouldn't Baby & You have been more appropriate? I actually like your wet wipe and nappy products - I'm not keen on the branding/ ethos/ marketing that accompanies your products.

Sep 13,2022Still haven’t received my order, ordered on the 6th, received no email what so ever, customer service gave me a order number, Evri still doesn’t have the parcel. Customer service doesn’t seem to be too concerned as I still don’t have a reason to why they have not been dispatched. Won’t order again EDIT: it’s the 16th and I still am yet to recieve my order! I’ve had no explanation as to why it’s taken this long I’ve express how disappointed I am as I’ve had to go out and baby wipes, I won’t order from this company again

Aug 31,2022We trialed 5 brands of eco nappy, kit and kin, natty, mama bamboo and finally settled on these, I was suprised as I was biased towards some others but these ticked all the boxes. We also liked their exciting patterns. Their body wash is also great.
