Oct 22,2021As always my product (face the day stick) arrived well packaged and on time. I’ve used this product on my little girl since she was 1 (she’s now 3), it really helped prevent any rashes due to dummy use or dribbling. I love the smell and how her skin looks so radiant.

Oct 21,2021The order took 2 weeks to arrive, they use DX for delivery, definitely I don't know why it's classified as express delivery. No way to reach the courier without paying for a call. They had to resend me a new box. Also, the promo was super dodgy, they offer 30% off your first 2 orders but they don't tell you clearly you have to commit for 3 months (you cant cancel the subscription!!!) With all honesty, too many promos and offers that are not clear and will force you to stay with them even not knowing.

Oct 20,2021Service is responsive and always helpful, but the website needs improvement, it isn't very user friendly, especially when it comes to the section to edit your subscription items. I had to resort to customer service a few times to get clarifications and they were great but would have been good not to need them for such reason.

Oct 18,2021Really love these nappies on my daughter's skin. Such a shame they are as expensive as they are because this makes them unaffordable in our house. Her usual ones are 9p each and these are 22p. However, if I have any months where the finances allow a more luxury product I will turn to these first.
