Nearly a week on and still not arrived - no product or refund currently -awaiting further correspondence from the company. I’ll rate this as average as I hope it will be resolved. I will edit it accordingly as improved or as significantly unsatisfactory depending on the outcome in the coming days.

Aug 01,2021I loved how soft these nappies are and the wipes are second to none! But ive had a couple of leaks overnight - which ive not had with other biodegradable brands. That said it could be she's outgrown the size. Softness wise these are the softest and most gentle nappies I've come across. And the wipes are very gentle. Bonus! They're ethical.

It was poorly packaged, products thrown into an oversized box with seemingly little care and there were items missing from my order plus some extra packets of wipes I hadn’t ordered. I contacted the company and they were very quick in their response and dealing with the issue, sending apologies and the missing items were delivered quickly with the issue resolved. I have had no problems with previous orders and praise the company’s quick response in handling the problem on this occasion.
