Mar 24,2021Don't really get the point of production with these. It takes one step to be eco-friendly but still makes unnecessary use of plastic for the outer wrapper. It'd be far better to spend time endorsing reusable wipes, and providing packs of disposable wipes only for the occasional use, and making sure every aspect of them and their packaging are biodegradable.

Mar 23,2021I am a repeat customer of M&Y products and needless to say, I will keep coming back. I recently bought the face the day stick which has been a lifesaver for my baby’s face. It was getting red and irritated from her dribbling. It’s a little expensive but luckily I got it on sale. Love all their stuff.

Over that period I have had a few unusual requests for changes to my subscription, and every time I have received a very quick reply with a clear and flexible solution. It is hands down the best customer service I have received from any online company. When you are a parent, it can be difficult to juggle admin tasks like managing online subscriptions but it has always been so easy with Mum & You - neither time consuming or stressful! Mar 21,2021My son had a dribble rash under his chin and has had redness on his cheeks since he was just a few months old. At 12 months old this has finally cleared and I’m convinced that the face the day stick was the remedy for this! I can’t recommend it enough. A must for all parents with young children!!

Mar 20,2021We have previously had good experiences with Mum and You, but unfortunately our most recent purchase was very poor. We ordered nappies to be delivered to a new address (due to a family bubble) and when I placed the order it auto filled the address incorrectly. I immediately got in touch, but even so, the nappies took 9 days to arrive and only because I followed up several times. I feel they need to invest more in support staff and ensure things are properly followed up on. We didn’t even get an apology for the delay.

Mar 25,2021So pleased we took a chance with this balm. Its made a huge difference to my sons skin where from teething and the cold weather skin was becoming red and dry. After a week or so weve had no problems with his sore skin and will continue using!
