Jul 16,2018Munchery has healthy, delicious and affordable food. I've enjoyed using their service and continue to do so. They offer many coupons which are really helpful. Also, the selection is always changing, and very eclectic. My one criticism is that sometimes the selection is a bit narrow for my taste. I like a wide variety of food, but oftentimes I just am looking for something very mainstream (like comfort food) and all the selections for the day might be a little more eccentric. Overall, very pleased with Munchery!

Jun 28,2018we tried Munchery in an effort to get my boss to eat lunch on a regular basis. He loved the food, but found the portion size just a bit small for the price. (that's the ONLY reservation: the food tasted wonderful and the delivery was spot-on within their time-frames) Thank you, Munchery!

The ingredients are always fresh, the presentation is appealing and the taste is always on point. It is as if I had a personal chef preparing my meals.

Jun 14,2018I received a gift card for Munchery from my employer while I was out on a family medical leave. This was the most thoughtful and useful gift they could have sent. I was able to order a few days ahead so I knew that I did not have to prepare dinner on certain days. The food was excellent. The portions were better than expected. This food was totally worth the price. Will be ordering all the time now.

Jun 01,2018Lots of options (beef, fish, vegetarian), varying calorie choices, great kids "bento" boxes, and yummy desserts. The salted toffee cookies are A-MAZING. Healthy, restaurant quality food delivered right to your door that you can heat up in minutes. Highly recommend.

May 21,2018I've ordered from munchery twice. My order was incorrect therefore I reached out to customer service I spoke to an individual who claimed to be a supervisor by the name of Jazz. I was promised that corporate would call me back which never happened it's been 3 weeks I still have not heard back from anyone each time. Because I have not heard back from anyone I continue to call each time I called Jazz would answer the line. Jazz was totally disrespectful her conduct and customer service skills we're horrible she became belligerent I received numerous lies from Jazz. Jazz never forwarded my concerns to her immediate supervisor what I experienced I would hope no one else ever would have to go through what I've been through lastly, I found out that when there is a complaint munchery customer service will do nothing to resolve the complaint I will never order from munchery again and I will continue to pursue this until I get some type of result. My recommendation if you contact munchery customer service Red Flag when speaking with Jazz she is a horrible customer service rep who claims to be a supervisor she's a habitual liar she does not follow through she has no compassion when it comes to a customer so be aware when calling customer service be very aware of Jazz
