Nov 13,2016I started the service after surgery. I was pretty much home bound. I have enjoyed the variety of the food that i would not otherwise have enjoyed. I am no longer confined to home, but I have grown accustomed to the higher level of dinners that Munchery brings. So I am and will be a customer.

Nov 12,2016My husband and I both enjoyed the fresh taste of each dish we ordered, everything was very easy to heat via Microwave and the young lady who delivered our order was so pleasant and helpful. I plan to order again this next week. All in all a great experience, highly recommend the Munchery to anyone who wants good food and little work in the kitchen !

Nov 11,2016I actually like Munchery so much that I created a folder in my "Word" so I can make notes re favorites and what I liked about them. Not just about flavor either. There is a complete nutritional guide for each item/meal which I find helpful. Yay, Munchery!

Nov 09,2016Food was great. Portions aren't big but big enough. Delivery was on time and send a text when they are on the way and when they're gone. It is still too expensive to use all the time and for the cost should really include something to keep the food cold.

Nov 08,2016Munchery is flat-out awesome. They've replaced my wife and I (two busy professionals) cooking M-TH with what is an extremely good value proposition. The food takes 10 minutes to heat up max, yet is delicious. While I'm not a foodie, I do a lot of fine dining at restaurants, and it would be difficult to beat Munchery's quality of food at even 1.5x the price, let alone what they're offering it at, not to mention the convenience. The people are always incredibly nice and friendly during delivery, and I have not yet seen an error in delivery of wrong items, damaged items, etc, and that is after several dozen deliveries. I think the value is incredibly strong, the service is fantastic, and the product (the food), is excellent. I don't write many reviews, but I will gladly endorse Munchery if it helps them out or contributes to someone else having a positive experience by discovering their service.

Nov 07,2016I ended up having to reheat my order several days after delivery. When you eat reheated 3-day old chicken and it is DELICIOUS, you know you've hit a home run. The cheese biscuits with flavored butter are TO DIE FOR out of this world. I've already invited a friend to join me the next time this meal is available -- it's that good. The delivery system -- a reminder and two notices of pending arrival -- is spectacular, and the delivery person is extraordinary; friendly, courteous, knowledgeable... and he's obviously stoked on this company and his role in it. He is an outstanding advertisement and spokesman.

Nov 05,2016I haven't had a meal I didn't like from munchery. With a new baby and little time to make meals, munchery has been a life saver. The food is fresh and tasty and I like that portions aren't super sized like at most restaurants. The nutritional information for each dish is also online, which is very helpful. Delivery has always been on time.

Nov 04,2016I can't remember any of the Munchery meals not tasting good. They are easy meals to prepare, typically just a little microwave time. And they are generally always on time for delivery. If they happen to ever be late they contact you and give you a credit for your next order. I love being able to use Munchery and highly recommend them. Update 12/20/2016 I recently changed my opinion of Munchery's service. Of the last three times I have ordered from them they have been late. They did not issue any credit due to that. The last time I left a comment on their site for my order expressing my displeasure to this effect. After that they did refund me the entire order. But since it seemed like I was having nothing but trouble on a consistent basis I have not been ordering from them since. I also do not like how they have the membership and charge higher prices if you don't buy into it. This was, in my opinion, a bad move on their part.

The menu has a great selection of items, the prices are more than fair, the delivery person was friendly and professional, and the food was fantastic - fresh, high quality, tasty. There was even a hand-written thank you note and treat included with my meal. Such a fantastic surprise and proof of Munchery's commitment to its customers and customer service. Munchery is hands down the best meal delivery service available. What is your favorite meal of the day? Mine is Munchery.

Nov 02,2016Munchery is as close to perfect as a meal service is going to get. The food is of consistently high quality. It is nicely presented, cleverly packaged, and ready to eat with no more prep than heating it in the microwave. The ingredients are fresh, the portion sizes are correct, and the Munchery chefs do an exceptional job of presenting constantly-changing options that are creative and innovative. It's real food, prepared very nicely, and my wife and I find we spend less on a Munchery dinner than we would spend if we went to a coffee shop and got much lesser quality food.

Nov 01,2016Yes I have 5 kids! It's my career to be a stay at home mom and I do homeschool my kids. I do a lot and I love to treat myself and order out once a week. The food is healthy, well cooked, portions are average and it always tastes very well seasoned and delicious! I would recommend for anyone really!

Munchery delivers consistent quality, variety, and chef level food to dine on (a big palate pleaser) at a pretty darn reasonable price. So much better than ordering home delivery from a restaurant that may require a hefty minimum order. It makes me feel good to see the Munchery bag on my porch, because no matter what I order, I know it's going to taste great. Web ordering is well organized and easy, and delivery service is excellent. And I love the little touches, like the frozen water bottles that keep the food cooled, then turn into a bottle of water to drink. I really don't know what I'd do without Munchery. No fuss, no muss, all bliss!

Just one question, does the delivery charge go to the driver or the company? If it goes to the driver he made out like a bandit!

Oct 29,2016But I just received my first meal. I mean, if I go to a local fast food place I will spend about the same amount. I will be ordering up to 3 days at a time for delivery to my work. They taste excellent, and are organic and local whenever possible wherever possible. Love the cookie and toothpicks for the spinach in my teeth! It brightened my day with a bit of a chuckle.

Customer service is responsiveness, the delivery folks are super nice, the prices are cheap, the portions help me to not overeat, and the meals are delicious. However, the most important is convenience. As someone with a chronic illness where energy conservation is paramount, I don't always have the ability to cook nutritious meals. Eating out is expensive and not always healthy. Munchery is the only solution I've found that works with my time, budget, and health.
