Jan 29,2025Bad service. I ordered vitamin D and payed an extra to have it in a few days. More than 20 days after I bought the product, it is not here yet. I claimed about this on the costumer help service and only was said that the product should be almost here. As you can imagin I am talking about a vitamin....if I pay an extra to have it sooner is because I need it sooner. I just want my money back. ______"______ I would like to clarify the company’s response, as it doesn’t accurately reflect the situation. When I made the order on January 7th, I specifically chose the delivery option with an estimated delivery window of 7-11 days. However, today is January 30th, and I still haven’t received the product. This means that 17 days have passed since my order, well beyond the promised delivery time. I just want to make sure that this information is clear, as the company’s response doesn't seem to address the actual delay or the commitment that was made during the order process.

Jan 28,2025I was unable to use my preferred method payment. I was getting a 19060 error code across 3 devices and 2 different browsers when trying to pay with card. I was disappointed that I could not use my preferred payment method. I hope this issue is resolved soon.
