Dec 22,2024Second consecutive incomplete order. Unable to reach anyone during Customer Service hours to discuss. Sent email. Offer to ship replacement 5-6 days from December 21, 2024 (December 26 or 27) with delivery 2-5 days later. Unacceptable. I requested overnight or some other form of expedited shipment. Awaiting response.
